Any insights about prices? 10 months ago I visited Tamarindo and normal price was $100 (usd) - today, on Tinder, chica is asking 150 ("minimum" Would you consider the higher price at all?

FWIW I'the suggest spending a couple of bucks and calling the hotel (s) asking. They will be honest and better than second-hand information.

I have been in Tamarindo for a few days, and it only rained once for about 20 minutes. It's very dry and people are very worried about the drought. Right now it's 4:30 PM and it's about 90° and sunny.
