Typical big talk from Filipino leaders who hope to benefit from it. This has been on the books for a number of years. The Manila end is supposed to be Tutuban station in Manila City just west of the Divisoria shopping areas. Why? Because there is already a right of way from the defunct northern arm of the Philippine National Railway. In theory, even the southern arm proceeds up through Manila, crossing under LRT1 at Blumentritt, and then swings south to Tutuban. The right of way has seen people grab the rails of the old northern arm and cash them in for scrap metal. But the right of way is there and visible on Google Earth, dotted here and there with some squatter homes. The old northern PNR was a single narrow gauge rail, whereas the new line will be twin rails of standard gauge.

There is some Japanese authority that is supposed to be building the new line. Interestingly, about three years ago concrete overhead bridge structure was built through Malabon and Valenzuela, but it peters out as it gets into Bulacan Province. Following the old route, it is supposed to go through Malolos in Bulacan and on to Angeles and Clark Field.

But there are other folks opposed to a rail line to Clark, since there are competing interests planning a new international airport for either Bulacan or Cavite. I'm sure it will all unfold in the very near future, just like the new LRT station at Trinoma Mall intended to link the MRT, LRT1 and new lines headed out Commonwealth Avenue and another to transcend Quezon City headed to Recto. It's all right around the corner.

I thought that must just about be ready to launch. In Clark it was planned to arrive at SM Clark mall and then connect to NAIA. It was on the books when I was working there in 2018.

My Filipina MILF comment was a complaint. Just one option.

Sorry for the late reply, had to do some underway time. I'm getting close to the end of the road and the state of the you. S leaves a lot to be desired. I've spent a lot of time in the PI over the years, so I know my pension + disability will go pretty far. I'm looking to see the experiences of others and formulate a game plan for when my time comes to hang up the uniform and migrate to greener pastures.

Here is a gem. Citations for mask-less, I understand, its the law. From the article:

At least 39,392 persons were accosted in Metro Manila for violating COVID-19 protocols since the region shifted to the less stringent modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ)

The article was from several days ago. The number is now 50 k+ since Saturday.

Cheers. I followed the fb links and found the screenshots.

Unfortunately some of the comments on the post have severely impact my intelligence and I do wonder about the future.

Meanwhile back to poon, here in Au I'm just having my one local filipina MILF to fuck and sadly it's not appropriate in the west to ask to access her 20 yo daughter. Whereas if I was sitting in a tacloban hotel it would seem a reasonable request.

Like I said supposedly virgin. Would not know till I have sex with. She is definitely not tomboy. I have chatted with her many times cam to cam. Not a real beauty by any means. Maybe that is why she maybe a virgin.

My report is just out of frustration. With covid and its variants and Philippines and Thailand not open and maybe unlikely to open till next year.

Who knows by the time I go in March what will happen with virgin or anyone else. Girls are always here and now mode. I do not blame them. Previously I have supported girls for couple of years and they have given good service. At the same time I am under no illusion she is not fucking around or supporting her boyfriend. All those girls were really beautiful with nice bodies.

All the girls including virgin has suggested money donation which I politely refuse.

Westie, I cannot see these tables on their website at https://pgc.up.edu.ph/pgc-covid-19-updates/. I want to understand what is the number they are sequencing. The table shows 3,500-4,000 sequenced in a week but DOH figures show they are recording 95,000 cases in a week. How random is their sampling?

Good luck getting an honest days manual labour out of a 19 yo here. Ain't going to happen. Better to stay at home paying Minecraft while getting the latest government assistance package.

    Rant off.
So true. Westerners are like lap dogs who have had all the dog groomed out of them. European fruit companies are criticised for hiring Bulgarian teams to pick their fruit and not locals. But the locals have notions. Same with bonking. Stare at the ceiling and think of England. SE Asians (or most I have bonked) just go for it, making us lift our game. Teens here complain they have been the hardest hit by Covid, even though they have just been discommoded. SE Asians OTOH have to queue for food and stress over little things.

Look at the price of bonking. Europe is 10 x the price of SE Asia for 10 x less effort and 10 x less time. And young Minecraft fatties say they are hard done by.

In the initial wave they will also soak up luxury services / hotels and as such will most likely unbalance demand. With in the Filipino diaspora FilAms are 4 million strong 4 x the Filipino population of Saudi and about the total all of the other Filipinos outside phils combined. When they do start to flood back in at least for US based mongers this does make a difference.

EDIT: Some of the places like the place I'm going in the eastern visayas which I will reveal in a report when I can finally get there only have one luxury resort and a hand full taxis. Overseas Philippines travel to their provinces unlike your normal tourists.
From real past experiences OFW and Filipinos have never stayed in the same hotels I have stayed in nor fucked the same girls I have fucked. Meaning less prior BS rant.

Of course, there are numerous sluts walking the streets who will blow your mind for the price of admission. That's the market that foreign mongers rely on. However, in suburbia and amongst the non-destitute, virginity isn't as much of a rarety. Of course, getting access to said girls is commensurately more difficult.

Queue all the "all Pinas are Slutts!" flamers. 😜.
