It's not looking good in Manilla or in surrounding cities

    START. "Ghost towns return.

Since March 22, the Philippine government tightened social distancing restrictions in the national capital region, where the bulk of the country's industries are located.

The recently-imposed Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) is the Philippines' strictest form of lockdown, lasting from March 29 to April 4. There will be a curfew from 6 pm to 5 am across major cities, with armored vehicles and soldiers with rifles manning checkpoints across major intersections.

Shopping malls have been closed and public transportation is operating at minimum capacity. Only essential industries such as pharmacies, supermarkets and hospitals are open. Mass gatherings are prohibited, as Metro Manila and surrounding cities once again turn into overnight ghost towns. ". END.

    https://asiatimes.com/2021/03/philip...vid-rates-soar

Meanwhile, here in Cebu City, life goes on, though we are still stuck in MGCQ and have been since last September. MGCQ is the least restrictive quarantine category. There are 4 categories of quarantine in the Philippines, ECQ, MECQ, GCQ and MGCQ with ECQ being the most severe and MGCQ being the least restrictive. Under ECQ most shops including malls have to close and taxis (including Grab Car) and bike-taxis are not allowed to operate.

All the malls in Cebu City are open and have been for many months, though the overnight curfew from 11 pm to 5 am is still operational. Trucks, cars, motorbikes, taxis, buses and jeeps clog the streets. The border check points between Cebu City and Mandaue and the rest of Cebu province were abandoned months ago. The liquor ban in Cebu City which was brought back last month is still operational (only for bars and restaurants, sales in supermarkets and convenience shops for take-home is still allowed). Almost all bars are shut but I have found at least one in Cebu City that is open and discretely serving liquor but it closes at 10 pm. As for the girls, I still have some regulars who are always willing to meet up with me and once or twice a month meet up with new girls via pinalove and dateinasia.

Why, because it is impossible to do more than one thing in life?

But, of course, money isn't important to you.

What is important to me are the things that I can get with the money, and not the money itself. Keep the money and give me credits that I can get the things I want with. Fine with me. In the USA confederate currency is money, but it is worthless and you can not buy a damn thing with it. So having a house full of that money would be useless.

Spot on. If you are into the whole online thing (Meet Me, Tagged, Skout, etc) you will notice that the Pinay women normally stay active all during their nighttime for a very good reason. It's the daylight hours in the USA and Europe and those guys are willing to spend to buy "gifts' online than some of their own countrymen have the ability to do so. So to your point if the local market has one price and you being an expat or visitor has another that really is not helping the local economy on a fair basis, so I don't see why folks are getting mad at some who may be willing to negotiate differently than you. Like it or not, they do for themselves so you may as well look out for ones self.

You really can't compare what people pay in the US vs PH. Cost of living is higher, cost of sex is higher, wages are higher. This is partially why people move to PH to retire. Expecting them to pay the same for stuff in PH as US is just absurd. And yes, speaking and having sex with girls half our age is very possible in the US. You're on a fucking sex forum and you're spitting nonsense like "Ewww get away from me you old creepy dude"? You're basically talking about 90% of the audience here. Are you from PH? Are you trying to be a white knight?

On the positive side it certainly gives access to prettier girls in town (though many would argue not necessarily better attitudes and service). I can understand this being of prime importance to some. However, I have also seen many Jeans and Tee Shirt provincial godesses that were ecstatic to receive 500 p for some new dresses.

Preferential repeat access would also be likely. Not because of the girls' sense of gratitude but simply because the guy has out bid competitors.

"Saving" destitute girls? I find this highly unlikely. Money just runs through their fingers and is seldom spent on long term wealth creation. I've seen many girls rolling in cash one day and borrowing money the next.

Similarly, warm and fuzzy feelings are unlikely as the girls immediately forget and past assistance and are only concerned with the here and now.
It seems you answered your own question making a strong case for paying more than one has to.

Additionally see my post below a few posts prior to this one.

Also having spent hours this week RTF reading the forum concerning Angeles City, it is evident a number of members here believe that offering a tip incentive beyond the BF bar fine is a useful way to entice those inclined to such a motivation to provide better service and attitude, etc.

What is funny is that many if not most of the "I happily overpay" because I'm so financially endowed crowd don't follow their "Its my money, I spend it how I want" mantra, as from my assessment they are on one hand complaining that cheap charlies keep on cramping their style by telling them how and when to pay, but they seem to not have such a liberal attitude about how the cheap charlies should be allowed to pay what they want pay. Calling them cheap charlies, mean spirited, cold hearted, should be ashamed of themselves. There is no need to go further than the recent stupid shit on the Vn thread, which I quietly observed. You would think that someone who was so warm hearted and blessed with such endowments would have more grace than to "bully" the downtrodden broke ass cheap charlies.

Equally poignant is the fact that most in former group all they do is "comment" comment literally on every thread, comments ranging on how they used a squat toilet, the best fish and chips in AC, but I find it hard to find a FR or a post that relates to mongering or a post that has intel that show's they have actually been to some of these places, and were the big wigs the claim to be. At best they post information that can be readily garnered on the web for example bus routes to get from manila to AC. Enquiring minds would question the status of these guys one-handed typing basement trolls vs sophisticated world mongerers.

This is a circuitous debate, I noted you comments on the vn thread and its clear where you lie your bed to sleep. I do get your point, and that is you say you could get it for 1000/1500, my answer is maybe, maybe not. Do you try to bargain when you are buy a car, hiring a contractor, I'm pretty damn sure you do or at least try to. But suddenly when it comes to a girl you don't negotiate and even pay more than she asks. The reason you do this is due to guilt or shame. This is clearly illustrated by your next comment about how you couldn't even get a girl who was 1/2 your age to speak to you in the West, and so when you are "here", you feel you need to "adequately" compensate her.

That's your issue, your feelings of inadequacy. I don't have that issue, can I get a girl 1/2 my age, definitely only it would involve a lot of time, a lot of kiss ass, a lot of simpering and a lot of cash. Time that I could be spend doing more productive activities. My norm when I was still in the west was dating girls 10-15 yrs younger than me, and even then it was too much. Sweet talking a girl 3-5 hrs before bedding here, if I were instead work, would have given me the income to pay for a 500 dollar FL at the minimum. Now where I live the cost is 15 dollars, so it would be 30 times more stupid for me to go the dating route. So no, I don't have you issues because I never experienced the "ewww get away from me you creepy dude" even with girls 1/2 my age. I pay because its the most efficient way to get what I want, not because I have to pay for a girl to talk to me or to have sex with me. Clearly you don't have the life experiences to understand the difference.

NB Many millionaires are millionaires because they are frugal and have a keen business sense aka cheap charlies.

But hey do what you do more power to you, ill continue with me 15 dollar hotties, with no competition.

Confederate money has not been debased and inflated like regular us dollars. It is definitely not worthless. It's worth many times it's face value.

    Though I get your point.

Giving her money so she can go home, stay out of the bar and await for your return. . . . Please!? Really!?

I think there are some areas where some guys (esp short term visitor) do gain a benefit from over paying but it's unlikely to be the life assistance and gratitude that many quote. I'd also agree with the previous comment that this professed altruism rarely extends to anyone without a pussy for hire.

Sorry for the rambling post. I've been copied up too long. LOL.

    Enjoy. G.

An extra 50 dollars, or 500 K, in one's bank account at the end of one's life, is not going to mean anything to many people here. They can't take it with them. But it will mean a hell of a lot to many PFP pay for play ladies and or their families in poverty stricken places such as those found in much of South East Asia.

OTOH some hobbyists may be trying to get the best PFP deals they can to save up for their children's inheritance or other causes. They could save even more if they gave up PFP and went strictly for civilians or, perhaps even cheaper, autoeroticism. LOL.
