Saw an oddity, twice. Once in Manila a few months back, and another recently here. Walking past a BDO in Manila near my place, about 7 am (bank opened 9 am), there was a woman standing at the ATM machine outside. I barely noticed her as I went out for coffee. An hour later upon my return she was still at the machine. A security guard works several businesses there and passes by each few minutes. It seemed odd that she was still working the machine. I stopped and sat down in a grassy area 10 m away and just watched her. She would enter a PIN, and the machine would reject the PIN. She was going down the list, entering PINS.
