Posts: 74My friend asked his filipina to send him the marriage licence and he received the following document (which is an application form for CENOMAR). She has long ago the invitation letter. Do you think that everything is OK?

It all depends on how I feel on a particular trip. I have times when I enjoy bottom feeding and there are times when I like living at the top. At this point in my life I tend to stay in Suite style rooms with separate living/dining area from the sleeping area. I just like the feeling of space and am willing to pay for it. Having said that I don't frequent Makati venues or partake of what I personally consider to often be inflated pricing. I regularly see guys drop 300+ dollars a night while there on booze and cooze. Night in and night out. Not counting their cab fares all around the city. Their Hotel room. Their flights. Their food. Etc.
The one thing that I notice on all of the boards that I frequent is the overall "Backpacker" mentality of making it a contest almost to see who got the cheapest pussy or survived on their world trip the longest on a dollar and fifty cents. Woe unto anyone who pays twenty-five cents more than the rock bottom price possible. Because then that person has fucked it up for everyone else.
I also notice (often from people that are themselves self-employed or business owners) an rather large propensity to ***** or state just how far out of line any service being offered is. When the person providing the service attempts to make any profit at all. Isn't that the reason that anyone goes into business?
I'm not connected or supporting this person's offer in any way. I just get kind of tired of the same old [CodeWord140] and moan about how stupid someone is for paying an extra buck. Or how that person is the reason they no longer have five dollar pussy available. And how they've fucked it up for everyone else by over paying. Or how every time someone tries to offer a service here. They are flamed to shit for trying to actually "Gawd-Forbid" make a buck.

I have to totally disagree. This figure if miles off, as others have said. You could even do SINGAPORE (where I'm living) for much less than that.

It's kind of fun just thinking about this. Adding in air far, I estimate I spend $300 a day for a ten day trip -- maybe less for the 20-day trips.
Add in a domestic flight, some shopping, new eyeglasses and maybe some dental work and I'm still under $400.
I stick to mostly 2000 pesos hotel rooms, and often eat Filipino food -- occasionally splurging when the mood arises.
Of course you could stay at the Diamond Hotel for 8000 pesos a night.

*** Daywalker may have a point. If you've never been to SE Asia, have no idea of the costs/culture/logistics, and want a trustworthy fellow Westerner to go with you and hold your newbie hand....the extra cost may be worth it. (I think CHerry blossom also offers overpriced dating/marriage tours.) I suspect there are more than a few lurkers here who read ISG, but just can't bring themselves to make the trip.

He is going to be pissed off when I show him my $3500 Ticket Stub and give him the rest of the deal :)
Obviously that is not going to work, so lets get real.
LAX to Manila (R) = c $1200, 8/9 Nights Good Hotel = c $1000, 8/9 Days Good Food = c $500, 8/9 Nights Beer/Drinks etc = c $800
Now we still have around $3K + left - that will get a lot of girls, even at stupid prices a guy could only do $1K if he tried, so somebody is making money here.
If it turns out to be an average $50 Hotel and average food, which incidentally is good enough for me, then somebody is making a whole lot of money.
PM Me for a ''Better Guided Tour Deal" e.g. You buy me a beer or two and we will have a good time - Keep your $6500 too.
Cheers, F/Fifty

Which I think you missed. Was that when you look on the surface things look Waaaaaaay out of line. But if you are not a total "Cheap Charlie" or "Back-Packer" minded. When you dig a little deeper and think about it. And add in all of the "Costs". Then its not quite as out there as originally thought. Do not mis-understand me. I don't pay these prices. And normally do my research before going somewhere new. And I then "Fumble" my way through the new locale picking up on the local ropes.
But. If you do bother to break out all of the costs. While high. Its not all that high given that you are paying for a service.

But as a man that's paid to go there, and because of the falling dollar and rising gas, I will admit to being out of touch somewhat. I'm so inclined to say these are newbie prices.

Actually guys. If you do some of the math. Its not all that out of line. Maybe a little. But lets take out the cost of airfare (not the super dooper special advertised deals that only exist in the newspaper add and you can never actually book at that price) Real prices that you pay each trip. Figure in cost of a nice hotel room (not some 200 peso a day hovel). All your meals in a decent restaurant (not 25 peso street food). Your drinks (some of you put away alot of booze. Could be a big bill). And then the ladies. What is a really nice Makati type piece (not the 300 peso Ermita streetwalker with no teeth) of tail going for these days out of the clubs. Plus if you've never been there a guide to help you around (ok. Most of us don't NEED this part).
. And the total isn't that far off.
I learned this when figuring overseas moving costs. Door to door versus me doing all the leg-work. For an extra couple hundred bucks. I had no hassle.

Hello Gentlemen!
In Thailand it is possible to find girls with big tits (not superbig, but "big").
I'm really interested in going to Philippines, and need some input on how good chances are to get "at least the same size as in thailand".
What's your oppinion, is it the same chance to find semi-big tits girls in Philippines, compared to Thailand?
I'm also into really dark skin girls, any tips on where to get that in Phil?
Good greetings to all / Ken Apples

Posts: 93Buying a condo in Philippines
Questions for all you guys:
I am thinking of purchasing a condo as an investment maybe around Makati area or Metro Manila? What do you guys think will be the problems with this? I am unfamiliar with the area in terms of appreciation and quality built. From the last time I was around metro manila the quality of material used and craftsmanship did not seem to be there like in the good old USA but not sure if that has changed. I did an analysis of the cost vs renting it out and found a positive cash flow if financed 30 years like here in USA.
My question is will it hold up for thirty years? Will it appreciate? If not what would be the point?
Xman I know you looked into this a few years ago, if you don't mind me asking what did you find?
Thanks you guys!
Ps I will be asking the same question in Dragon slayer forum.

Here's a vacation offer that you will never forget! If you like hot young girls this is the vacation for you...IT'S LIKE HEAVEN!! Ten girls in ten days, 20 girls in ten days
TRIP OPTIONS: OK...here's how it works. Our destination is the Phillippines. You have three options which include:
1. Friends Trip - find 4 of your friends to go with you and set the day's of your choice.
2. Singles - Add your name to the singles list. There are typically 3 to 8 unknown people on this option.
3. Elite package - Consists of you and the guide only. This is the VERY discrete option. This option only requires a 7 days notice and is more expensive.
PRICING: Total cost of the trip for options 1 and 2 is $6,500 for 10 days in heaven. That's $650 a day which includes your airfare, hotel, food, drinks and girls. Not so bad if you do the math. The elite package is dependant on a number of factors so call or e-mail if you need additional info.
NOTE: NO MONEY DOWN for all three trips! You buy your flight and the guide picks you and others up at the airport. Cash will be transfered once you are in the Phillipines.
TIMING: These trips are set up throughout the entire year so pick your vacation days and give me a call.
For additional questions and booking dates you can call (586-567-2393) or e-maill from 9 am to 9pm eastern time.
Thanks for the interest.
