Is health insurance card with picture count as picture I. D ?

I have a very pretty girl who says she is 23 still in college. She has this health insurance card with her picture but do not see date of birth. Maybe it is in the back of the card. She sent me only the front of the card. Is this enough to get on a flight?

If not how to ask her to get proper I. D? And what are the normal avenues to get it?

It maybe ok with the airlines.

I am under the impression that most colleges issues ID. Unless due to Covid and no face to face classes.

From experience, in the province, agents I knew were hiring in around p13 k (about twice the minimum in that location), moving upwards of 17- and 18-k after a year if their work was good. This is really beyond my comprehension that some people are still willing to step a foot in Thailand or Philippines. There are both at the forefront of the covid dementia for political purposes. Spending my savings in a place where the streets are sprayed to fight a virus is too much to endure. Agree the last thing I want to do is sit in a bar listening to guys drivelling shit or have to try and have a conversation over loud music. Even further I don't want to pay for overpriced drinks for which I receive no pleasure from, better to give the girl the money and we both gain.

In the current environment of poor atmosphere, bored girls shuffling around a pole and price rises, I'd agree. Need some advice before travel! ,

1/ The various internet sites are very reliable as a supply of girls. Having said that, the girls themselves aren't. Expect many no shows or girls being hours late to an appointment. I will hazard this simple guess: The floodgates of re-opening in February has turned out to be a trickle. My guess is that the pandemic (and inflation) has caused jobs everywhere to dry up, either eliminating such jobs, lowering wages, or decreasing vacation time. Either way, now that the NCR gogos and SW scene has returned, there is a lack of sausage (and wallets) available. The 'can of sardines' (thanks the analogy Beavis) still reigns.

I don't have a good explanation of the online scene's income, vs the desperation of the local scene. Many things about the economy here have baffled me (and others) for a long time.

As a whole, online is a huge market but it's not a bell curve with lots making money. The superstars are making serious coin but there are very very few of them. It doesn't matter if we are talking about IG influencers or manila hookers: the very top few are making a fortune, others see this and expect to be able to replicate this but find themselves making pennies on the dollar.

The floodgates opening with a trickle has numerous reasons, some of it real (economy, job losses, inflation, flight prices etc) and some of it perceived (future insecurity, chaos with flight cancellations etc).
