Even in western countries with good health care the average survival rate is 99-97%. What you call recovery rate is just how many people don't die. The vast majority (70+%) have lesions in their hearts. Lots of long-haulers.

The Philippine Govt. Decided to allow foreigners with investment visas to return as of November 1 but that is all. There are already several posts on Facebook and other websites claiming that tourists will be allowed to return. That is not the case, still no idea when tourists will be allowed to return so this is just to shut down the rumor that is coming. Only business owners / investors with proper visas and still the Covid test and hotel quarantine will be required.
