That's good news for those living in the Metro Manila region and an improvement on the current start of the curfew at 10 pm, so it's going in the right direction. I'm in Cebu City where there is currently an overnight curfew that starts at 11 pm, but I have not seen any news about a relaxation of this curfew here.

Can head out to a bar for the first Euro's game of day. Doubt that was on mayors mind, but who knows!
