The NCR was put in a rather strict lockdown last week for Holy week, which appears to be extended for another week. Curfew 6 pm, malls closed. Nobody over age 65 is to be moving about outdoors. All restaurants closed to dine-in (take-out only). Many Brgy continue here-there lockdowns depending on new cases popping up. In yesterday's news, Philippines Orthopedic Center announced the majority of its staff has tested positive.

In February I was in Kenya. Mombasa (Mtwapa). It was my first Time in Africa and I enjoyed it. In Causarina you can get Girls every Day for about 15 $ LT (2000 Ksh). Great, enthusiastic Service. DFK standard. People were nice, Food was good and wheatear hot.

I'm just really getting sick of the AC Pattaya Cebu scene and want to try something different.

It wasn't that long ago that Sabang and Subic were the only beach options with girls in tap. Both have crap local beaches. Everywhere else was byo.

Yes I sadly had to. Last Year in September I was in Sosua. DR. I reported here. The Place was nice, but the prices and Services there where not good in my Opinion. Some Weekend Millioners who like to come there from a country north from DR like paying 150 $ for LT. And the Chicas like cold, short ST.

Rich White Man Land (US, Canada, UK, Australia) economies are booming at the moment. Stock prices are at record highs, property is at record highs, interest rates are at historical lows, we are returning to full employment and there are too many opportunities to engage in commerce. Unless you are a recently retired assistant professor or are already marooned in the Philippines, there are too many good reasons not to travel just to get your marshmallow sucked.

Even if the economic conditions were not so great in RWML, who can actually leave their home country? Australians can't. And how do you propose they return home once their dick is raw from too much BBFSCIP? There is so little capacity in the scheduled air services from anywhere. I hear that charter flights from Chile to Australia are $12,000 one way in coach class, plus two weeks mandatory quarantine on your return at your own expense. No thanks.

Meanwhile, here in Cebu City, life goes on, though we are still stuck in MGCQ and have been since last September. MGCQ is the least restrictive quarantine category. There are 4 categories of quarantine in the Philippines, ECQ, MECQ, GCQ and MGCQ with ECQ being the most severe and MGCQ being the least restrictive. Under ECQ most shops including malls have to close and taxis (including Grab Car) and bike-taxis are not allowed to operate.

All the malls in Cebu City are open and have been for many months, though the overnight curfew from 11 pm to 5 am is still operational. Trucks, cars, motorbikes, taxis, buses and jeeps clog the streets. The border check points between Cebu City and Mandaue and the rest of Cebu province were abandoned months ago. The liquor ban in Cebu City which was brought back last month is still operational (only for bars and restaurants, sales in supermarkets and convenience shops for take-home is still allowed). Almost all bars are shut but I have found at least one in Cebu City that is open and discretely serving liquor but it closes at 10 pm.
