Air China are offering good prices form London and Rome. Turkish Airways good too. I have used both before. Air China cabin crew look like they don't take any crap.

I checked the travel up company again. Guy got a great write up in the Sunday Times but it gets horrid reviews on trust pilot etc, as companies often do. There are a few others offering roughly similar prices but I have my doubts. I think I may be better paying 100 or so extra and avoiding this shit. I have flown Australia-Europe back in the day when you could get drunk on board and prices varied greatly from one passenger to another but I think there is no way they or those like them could so hammer other outlets. There was a London based crew offering similarly priced gigs but I cannot find them now. Cebu Air is offering 1 PHP flights. I wish they would offer 1 PHP hookers.

Prices of flights booked direct with the airlines also vary wildly with dirt cheap flights occasionally available. Google Flights is a good option here. Punch in the intended departure and arrival airport and I can search flight and prices several months ahead. It's not unusual to see prices vary by 300% at different times of the year. Obviously, stay away from major holidays and school breaks.

There is a "new" one there where a Chinese chick (yeah right) befriends you as you are interesting (if she wants to know what it is like to talk to a guy who had his dick in 10000+ hookers). "She" plays the long game and get you into crypto and then hits you hard. Never do this on live video call. Better to send video that isn't identifiable. No face, nothing identifiable about where you are, especially if you're living with a partner. These are the guys I was looking for. They are all over social media. Always £100 or more cheaper than the cheapest (like travel up). Check them on trust pilot and they have5* but read deeper they write the reviews themselves. I guess the scrapers are 98% ok but if you are one of the 2% or if you hit a dodgy company, not good.

I do not know how common this is but I do know a. A Pinay lady invented this scam which is real. 2. People have suicided after they were exposed so they do follow through. 3. Romanians were arrested for bribing a young guy into suicide, 4. NEVER show your dick. Anyone asking for that is either a gay (not a ladyboy) or a scammer. Women are not into looking at dicks. But Cathay are charging more than twice that for the same dates. I get there are deals out there and some sites seem mostly scams. There are many, like lastminute.com I would not go near. Generally, I prefer just to use the actual airline's site. Selling at less than half price cannot be fully kosher. What is the game here and how should horny hopeless Harrys like me proceed?

I use Kayak quite often to save a few bucks. The only issue I run into is that some of the deals are not available when I try to buy them. Kayak is mostly "normal" flights. You can find some really cheap flights using cheapo air and similar sites, but they may be really long, multiple legs with overnight layovers, etc. It really depends what your tolerance is. Just stay away from one's that look too cheap or try to connect you with travel agents.

A week into my two week trip to the phils I had to go back early to the USA so I went to the PAL office on Ayala ave in Makati.

They wanted $250 to change the ticket and about $1500 because of a 'fare difference!' I've never encountered anything like this in my life.

Expedia bailed me out with a last minute one way ticket for $814.

As a long time visitor I really have to re evaluate the phils. The girls are much heavier than even 5 years ago is my impression. And if there isn't cheap flights anymore what's the point.

There are all kinds of different charges now. If I want to fly to Phils with a ME airline, there are all kinds of options, some of which but not all, add on, at a cost, the option of changing return flight. All airlines now have more aggressive, "competitive pricing structures. Not nice but it is not a nice industry. The Makati office would also need their cut.

Expedia were nice to you and / or you were lucky. I tend to book only with airlines as I find the scraper sites very iffy. Good value but iffy. Lastminute.com, . For example, often offer cheap as chips prices the actual airline cannot meet and their trustpilot etc reviews are in the toilet.

Girls are much heavier everywhere, bar those into doing tiktok fitness videos. It is not just jolibee but an entire culture that is whale friendly. Sometimes we get funny videos of fat South Sea type girls beating up whippets but it is not funny being with a bucket of lard, anywhere.

Yes, Phils. That is standard practice at all airlines, and has been for a decade: You pay the fee to make any change ($100 for some airlines and domestic flights, several hundred $ for other airlines and Int'l flights). You also pay the difference in the new flight cost. As you need to fly NOW, you will probably pay Biz class prices ($1500-ish) for an economy seat ($800-ish). CP and PAL went to that when the US airlines did way back when. Its a sure-fire way to deter you from making any changes (other than a Bereavement flight). I changed my KAL flight just before Covid, $600 in damage. See pics of PAL's website with prices of an economy ticket MNL-LAX for tomorrow (Sept 14), one way. And corresponding costs (read: penalties) for making changes. Want to change your flight, you pay. Cancel your flight, you pay. Don't show for your flight, you pay. Do check that 1-way Economy Flex price for the 10 pm flight ($2156; at these prices, bring the whole family).
