90% of those flights have not yet flown. They are regularly cancelled. I have a co-worker who wants to return to her home in Masbate since MAY Every flight she has had reserved has been cancelled prior to departure.

For me I have a live in girl w me for almost 2 months now.

She does the housework and I cook for us, a shot almost daily. And once awhile I get another girl she will leave us alone and go out.
Had just arranged another girl to come 12pm today.

Indeed the few months from Apr when it was ECQ, condo were very strict disallowing visitors but I too managed to get a live in girl that time for 2 months.

Virus numbers are positively about 10 or so these few days for the city.

Let's hope the MGCQ continues indefinitely till vaccine is available. And our mongering activities goes on smoothly.

Met one of my regulars this afternoon when she came to my condo in Cebu City to help me with some sexercise, earning herself P1. 2 k for her efforts. Like many others she has been hiding under her bed for the last 5 months frightened to go outside because of the virus, but today she ventured out and joined the hundreds of thousands of other Cebuanos who are out and about every day bringing some life back to the city which nearly died back in April and May when it was under ECQ, the most severe quarantine level.

I went past Marshalls Irish Pub on Mango (General Maxilom Ave) in Cebu City this afternoon at about 3. 30 pm, and was surprised to see it open. As far as I was aware, all pubs were still closed. I spoke with one of the staff who told me that they re-opened about 2 weeks ago, but because of the overnight curfew (which is either 8 pm or 10 pm, depending on who you ask), they now close every night at 8 pm. They only had one customer and tried to entice me in, but I rarely drink in the afternoon so declined. If I go out for a beer I won't go out until at least 10 pm, I was a regular customer at Marshalls before the lockdown but won't be going back there for a visit whilst they are only open till 8 pm! I'm not sure if any of the other pubs are open yet, but if they are I suspect they will also close early.

In Cebu City face-masks are compulsory when out in public, many people wear face-shields but they are not compulsory. I was in SM Seaside Mall last Monday and face-shields are now compulsory inside the Mall and the guards will not let you in unless you are wearing one. But I did notice quite a few people inside the Mall who weren't wearing them, though they were wearing face-masks as was everyone else.

According to a news report I read today face-shields will be compulsory in public places in Santander town, southern Cebu, starting September 1.

Not only in Cebu but all of Philippines barangay fiestas and street parties are the way of life. To forget their problems, comraderie within their area, getting young people to meet and enjoy each other creates a sense of support.

Foreigner interactions are available to only few girls who are internet savvy and those who have friends being associated with foreigners. Support for sex is limited because many girls are either afraid of foreigners and also they loose face with their friends and relatives. So most of the province girls would gladly come to your room for sex but not to be seen outside together.

Talking about covid, it is a easily transmissible disease and it is next to impossible for barangay people to isolate themselves. Most if not all depend on each other for daily survival.

I read that GCQ is back for Cebu, Talisay, Lapu Lapu, Mandaue and other places. If pinoys were not so 'had headed' (to quote a few pinay friends etc) the situation could be better. But sadly some seem to want to fiesta etc. Hopefully you can get more fun afternoons but those with blue balls waiting had better be checking the refund policy of already purchased tickets!

It was actually my first time outside Cebu City since March when lockdown kicked in and they shut the borders with neighbouring Cities of Talisay City and Mandaue City. The borders have only just been opened (4 August) and it was good to get out, it was a fun afternoon LOL.

With the authority of the Barangay Captains to impose what they want it seems the rules are changing at least twice a day and 4 times on Mondays. Hopefully we will get through this. Quarantine has more acronyms than a GMDSS unit.
