    'Layover' in Cebu

Before heading back to the Middle East and switching on about 17 air conditioners I had a few hours in Cebu between flights. My girl that I had been seeing here met me in the lobby of the Waterfront Hotel at the airport. We checked into one of the rooms for day use. It's 800 pesos for 5 hours.

It was a nice little finale for the 5 weeks I had in the Philippines.

    Hi
Cebu midtown is girl friendly and located right on top of the Robinson mall. But Holiday Plaza has also gotten good comments, they are both in the same area.Cebu Midtown is kinda old and rundown compared to Holiday Plaza

    Out and About

    Pals,

I have been here a week now. Sent my two little girls home with my woman so they could get back to schol and I could hit the town. My woman here in Cebu came to meet me and kept me busy. I posted a photo of her in Davao in June if anyone wants to see what she looks like. long, raven black hair, tall, slender with long, sensuous legs and great breasts. Met her 6 years ago and we just got back together last April, totally by accident.

Hit Silver Dollar Saturday during Happy Hour. I was the only guy with 6 girls at first. Later a nice guy from the Uk dropped by. By seven there were 20 girls and only the two of us. I left at eight to visit other Clubs and there was still only the guy from the Uk and about 30 girls. Several were gorgeous.

I went by Club Exotica last night. The new owner is totally different from Bill (Kill Bill is what several guys called him). He is a good guy and we shared tequila shots and chatted. He told me to feel free to "work over" the former owner should he drop by. Said at least 30 guys have dropped by saying they are back after hearing Bill is gone. I hung around for two hours and it was a fun time. There were about 15 dancers and another 5 hostesses there. Several flashed their tits and all were friendly. I saw at least 5 I would say were "hot".

The Club has dropped its prices on everything from Beer (P40), Barfines and VIP Rooms (P900 which is the least expensive I have seen yet). I will be back tonight at both Clubs as I saw many promising ladies. My woman is going home for a night.

I understand my old "pal", mahku is here now. Sure hope we meet up tonight. I know I will enjoy it. Not sure about him.

    Cebu Travel Industry

Actually the industry is booming,For example in my hotel I am running 80-90% occupancy. The reason for the decline in quality of Waterfront is that it is no longer run by a profesional hotelier but a COO,(child of owner). Therefore standards have fallen.Enjoy the Marriot,Hudson the GM is a real professional and has won awards for this.

    Cebu stuff

Hard to believe all these weeks have gone by and nobody has posted on Cebu.

I stayed at the Waterfront for a night while Marriott was full. What's up with this place? Bathroom fixtures are coming off, holes in the towels and the sheets, in-room safe missing...And the biggest irritant here is they make you pay to use the gym. For what people pay to stay in this place it should be free. They do have a nice pool here. But I was glad to check out and get back to the Marriott. The Marriott's gone up 500 pesos since last month. I've noticed the travel industry here is doing quite well. Most planes are full, it's hard to get rooms. Good news for travel business owners here but it's getting more complicated and expensive for the punter.

I met forum member DBoy here. He's living like a king with his extended work project here. He invited me up to the executive lounge and we swapped tales about tail. Hope we get to go out hunting some time.

Go-go bars: I got around to a lot of the well-known places.

Firehouse has a new format. From Wednesday to Saturday they have a live band playing and the girls are out dancing in cocktail dresses. The other days they have the usual dancing in swimsuits thing going.

Silver Dollar has lots of girls, quality is just fair. I always have the most fun in this place just clowning around though.

Exotica again didn't have very many girls (about midnight on a Friday) so I didn't even stay for a drink.

Dimples had some good talent. I had one girl in mind to barfine and had a lady drink with her. But other girls kept coming around hassling me for drinks, food and massage. I finally got fed up and left.

Black Hole was pretty lackluster in both numbers and quality. Some girls are here that knew me from before so at least there was someone to have a decent conversation with.

BJ's was pretty good. It's popular with Asian businessmen so it's usually stocked up pretty well. There's a bit of an attitude about the girls here though.

Viking was easily the best of all these places. Lots of girls and lots of them are high up the hottie scale. The attitude here is better also. This is also DBoy's favorite in the months that he's been here.

Other kinds of nightlife: Went out with my regular Cebu girl and 3 of her guy cousins to a place called Pump, in the convention center between Ayala and Waterfront. On a Saturday night this is your basic slithering bodies scene, luckily I had someone nice to slither with. It's more of a hip hop scene here, but thankfully not too many people trying to effect a hip hop look. It's really not such a good scene for the foreign monger, unless you come early, about 9:00. At that time it was quieter and several tables of girls were about. The Filipino cousins of my girl said they score here a lot. We tried to go to another place called Vudu, in the Crossroads shopping center. But one of the guys was wearing shorts so we couldn't go in. This place is supposed to be similar to Pump. These places are mainly a college age scene. Any hunting you do here will likely take some effort, but it's good if you're looking for a challenge.

Anyone knows what happened, where's Billy and who's the new owner?
I went on a Thursday night about 12:30 am or so. Only about 5 or 6 girls left. 2 of them were pretty hot though and the one I took was a good lay with a good attitude. Didn't see the owner, just the mamasan. Everyone acted ok but things looked a bit depleted.

Well, I stayed Midtown Cebu and rent a car (with driver)to go there. It was a 3 1/2 hour trip. I paid one way 1.500 pesos. Well the island is nice but no nightlife action. Only one bar with dance music as well you can play pool.
I forgot to mention,My trip took only about 2 hours since I left early morning and my driver was a taxi driver,So 3 hours is closer to reality for normal time.

    Hope that helps.
If my memory serves me right, Quo Vadis, and Roxy's are owned by the same owners, a Filipino wife with a German husband. Never met the husband, but the wife is very nice. When I was there a few years back, her brother Dodo was my dive master.

They seem to own a few other businesses around the area too.

The girl, named Joy, didn't ask for anything more so I guess she really gets it. It was 700 for the barfine, 1000 extra for her, and 200 for one lady's drink.

I'm happy to report that Marriott is still guest friendly.

From now on I'll be mostly busy with the chatters, but I'll post on mongering should anything come up.
