I was walking through Ayala yesterday after a confusing experience with a call center girl that only seems to want a platonic relationship. For me Chong Hua is the best in town but you could try Cebu Doctors emergency room as they can be competent at times but expect to wait as it is somewhat chaotic there.

For daytime meet-ups get on WeChat, Tinder and the like. Sometimes you can get quick hits but the drawback is you have to wade through some bayouts. You might also try DIA.

Have a drink at Arena which has the best girls but they come at a price. Find out where they hang after they get off work. More then likely Oqtagon which is just down the road in the reclamation area. You can probably strike a deal if you are up that late. Same goes with the other bars on Mango Ave. Lone Star is worth a peek but is hit or miss. Probably a miss since the best girls will only work in the tourist season.

You could try the bars such as LIV (recently in the news due to its owner / part owner being allegedly involved in a huge shabu smuggling scheme), MO2 etc as plenty cuties go there but they do do with friends so have a good A game. Never been one for Mango but the FLs. Take tip from Westie as many scammers there and watch your pockets also.

Geckos is busy and noisy but fun and I prefer it to Vikings et al.

The Mango / Vikings bar are a higher-priced but good bet. The girls don't run and I find them very accomodating.

I had no trouble getting girls 2 months ago from Mango Square. Several hang around near the outdoor / upstairs pizza place (there is a small square plastic table) with a guy / provider, and several others walk the area (leaning on the building or lightpole, etc). Touts were for 2 k as opener. I would as a matter of habit walk away, and walk back by later to have the new tout of 1500, and the girl would then be willing to negotiate down from there for ST (that's just me; a lot of gents wouldn't bother to negotiate down from there). One girl did just that, and one evening I handed her a slip of paper with my phone number. She agreed at that time to my list of nawty goodies. Later thru txt she quickly accepted an even smaller amount. What I thought would be a ST turned into LT when she just fell asleep in the bed after showering post-ditty. I'm not saying this happens each time, and that prices vary. But its Forrest's box of chocolates on the street. Don't let price be your only deciding factor.

Arrived the other week, with fear of the outcome for pick ups, Mango Square is desolate Yikes fear for its future, but still managed to be approached twice within 10 minutes offering services +the usual touts, also trie the collinade during the day and found some willing ladies so it is not all gloom.
