Posts: 1121Liza's Sea Fun Pub - Mandaue
I asked ISG guys before if they had info on this one. Since then have got info from a friend. Always nice to have a p4p place in ones pocket for emergencies.
Here is info friend supplied. Have yet to check it out personally.
Liza's Sea Fun Pub , Manpark Road , Del Pilar Street , Guizo , Mandaue City. Phone 344.229. Or cellphone owner Liza : 0916 745 5243. Biggest problem with Liza's is finding the place.
Friend suggested getting taxi driver to talk to liza on your cellphone , when driver gets in the general area.
Liza's reportedly has nice decor , ambience and plenty of attractive laid back hostess type girls. Exclusively 1970/80's recorded music played , but not loud. Suit older guys. A beer is not expensive. No pressure from the ladies. Not expensive to bar fine. Word has it , this place is much better than Mango Ave Bars.
Above is friends impression. Let's know your impression after visiting.

Posts: 4567Actually, it was in the earlier post I gave about hotels. Asian something...
I'll try to find it later, but I'm sure it was in the hotel cut and paste I gave back in December.
I went there about two weeks ago and was disappointed. The lobby was on an upper floor (which may be good if you can bypass the floor, but I had trouble finding the lobby) and the staff was unhelpful. I asked to view a room and they seemed less than enthusiastic. I just said "thanks anyway" and walked out. Unpleasant staff could mean the guy before you was a dick, or could mean bad management. I was just checking for future reference and since they were unhelpfuf, I walked. If you really need downtown...check them out. Does anyone have a Mercedes review?
I will say that strolling the downtown streets from 6 to 8rush hour attracts a lot of smiles.

Guys
Heading back to Cebu in two weeks time for a five night stay.
Was there two years ago and recall finding budget / mid-range priced hotel accomodation grotty / antiquated and expensive at best.
Would like to stay in a hotel that is clean, with internet/wi-fi access and and a bathroom that has decent drainage. All the reviews on asiarooms.com are mixed, so I turn to you guys for advice.
US$30 per night.
Cheers

Yes, some of my happiest 1/2 hours have been spent in VIP rooms around Asia- trying to bang some cutie of the hour in one of those little plastic chairs that often won't hold the weight of your average porriner, while trying not to touch the black greasy floor. This is in the native bars. In the more upmarket places catering to the kano/tourist trade, the experience was often enriched by reclining on little couches covered in red velveteen & body fluids, & with availabe KTV.
A series of police raids forced the closure of most of these wonderful sleazy little places, & although I miss the immediacy of the experience (important to an old guy like me whose Viagra fuelled hard-on might not survive to Queensland) & the convenience of discovering that I have a starfish right away so I can make another selection from the bar out front.
The closure has probably saved me from a few loathsome diseases, though.
Several cuties in Viking last night, although the mamasan told me that 9 girls(out of 40) had already been barfined by 10 PM.

Can anyone that lives in Cebu 12 months out of the year confirm this?
I myself don't see any regular Filipina getting motivated to hide the salami with some stranger for money just because it is the holidays. I myself don't find anyone doing much of anything during the holidays other than spending time with their family and relaxing.
If you think Pinays in general are in more in a work mode during the xmas/new year season ... you should explain your theory to all the companies who shut down during this week because either all their employees are in the province... or there is documented stats there is less productivity over all during the holiday season.
Unless you are using some other techniques we don't know about ... like riding around in a Jeepney with FREE CANDY painted on the side... or dropping some roofies in Noche Buena drinks.

I just got back from Xmas in Camotes with the family- I left Camotes 8AM, arrived in Mactan 3 hours later- running 9-10 knots; 31.3 knots total distance-
No major problems- baling a lot of water- from a bad propeller shaft seal- Minor cooling system leak, steering system total bust up; but we have a tiller for backup- Small stuff- what you expect in a 20 year old boat, or truck or whatever... Once it's all dialled in, It should be a little faster, & a fun, reliable ride. It needs a different propeller, I think, as I am using the propeller that came with the original motor in the boat, & the new motor is more powerful & has a higher idle RPM. We are not opening the throttle up all the way until we fix the other stuff.
The Sea was dead calm; we ran into a heavy rain downpour just off Mactan Island
I'm trying to get a small tender to take us & our stuff out to the boat- &/or a small outboard motor-
I'm working on a larger boat on Camotes- it pretty much needs everything, but it should carry more stuff & be faster if I ever finish it.
Regards to all & the Very Best of the season!!
I hope to head back to Camotes January 4, for a few days.
Now, like all good sailors I am off to hit the bars with my sweety in tow--I favor Viking, but given my advanced age & general decrepitude, the new layout has me a little confused & disoriented

Regular girls who are residents of Cebu City , need money for family , more than ever , during this important xmas/new year season. Anyway I have found these girls are more susceptible to overtures during this period. You need a different approach of course , and be prepared for embarrassing knock backs or worse , lol.
Yes , I do end up giving them money whatever , so you could say they are informally trading sex for money if you like. I have my reasons for preferring this type of girl.
Will let others continue on with this subject , if they wish. Will now have a break from ISG for a while. Happy New Year ya'll.

A lot of the hot girls who have been getting money sent to them during the rest of the year do not need to work during the holidays. If the guy plans his vacation this time of year, he is going to spend it with her. The malls are packed right now with mongers and their girls.
