    Merlion1,

I've been in Cagayan de Oro City for over a month now. CDOC or CDO as the locals call it. And yes, there are plenty of pretty women to be found here. Amateurs, semi-pros, pros and plenty of college girls out for the summer too. There are beaches nearby, white water rafting and some hiking trails. For nightlife, there are plenty of places around the Lit Ket Kai Mall and a new SM Mall. Getting around is not a problem but a few traffic snarls can be found.

As for safety, I feel safer here than I do in Makati (where I live) or Manila even as a foreigner. A 40+ white guy, can attract a few eyes but I am glad to say that I've spotted and met quite a few foreigners. Mostly Aussies and Germans who married a local pinay.

CDOC is just 10 hours via road trip to Davao City. You can either fly to CDOC then go to Davao or Davao then to CDOC. Either way is fine but unfortunately there is no direct flight between the two cities.

Here is a link for you to check out and cross reference with:

    Hello guys,

Has anyone visited Cagayan de Oro in Northern Mindanao? I have a couple of super horny gals I've been chatting up there that are begging me to visit. Today, one (a teacher) just asked to see my cock on the webcam, then decided to let her girlfriend have a look. They have promised to show up together and rent a private room next time, where they will show me their pussies and tits. Of course, I'll do my best to talk them into a little girl-girl action or a threesome if I visit.

Anyway, the question is whether it would make sense for me to combine a trip to Cagayan with my upcoming Davao visit. Any comments for someone that has been there? The girls say it is a nice place and that there are good beaches nearby, but I'd appreciate an objective opinion.

BTW, thanks to Dragon Slayer for the suggestions to get webcam. I've had mine all of 24 hours, but the benefits are already flowing in.

Finally, I am hoping to visit Davao in early May (need to deliver a bikini I promised), so perhaps I can connect up with some of you guys. I've decided to not worry about the potential election violence, although a few gals confirmed DS's suggestion to stay out of Manila.

    Regards,

    Merlion

I don't know what your budget is, but you can get decent rooms at lots of places here for around $30 per night. You can get to the beach resort called Pearl Farm in about 30 minutes by scheduled boat, and you can get to the mountain resort called Eden in about the same amount of time by car. I do not think you have any need to hire a driver for the day unless you want the convenience of having someone at your beck and call. Taxis are reasonably plentiful here most of the time, but during the severe rains we've been having lately, they do tend to be booked up quickly.

DS and I will be partying heavily this week end. Give us a call or PM one or the other of us when you get here.

Dragon Slayer and anyone else who may be here next week:

I have made some major breakthroughs this week end, and have some real fun lined up for next week end. I know my friend the DS will take advantage of this (DS see my latest PM to you) but the Mikester, NZ Mike and anyone else whyo is going to be in Davao next week end is also welcome. Drop me a PM and let me know, and I will fill you in on the details.

    Pals,

You keep dragging me back here to make more Posts. I wanted to take a "rest" rom this in the remaining days before my Departure.

NZ Mike, Happy to hear my Posts "crack you up" or whatever. Try to read them more carefully. My "fixing up" days are over. Both in Asia and here locally. Annie has been inormed that ONLY GoodEnough would ever contact her by phone or otherwise. He, being my Pal and Teammate, will keep her info to himself. To be honest, I have NEVER been fixed up or introduced to a woman in my entire life I actually ended up dating or fucking. I have had to do all my own work in this area.

    Harvey

Your comments always have me pondering the divergence of viewpoints there are. I have been to Hong Kong a dozen times and China three times, all in the last eight months. I had a few girlfriends in HK over the last ten years. Lived with one or a couple weeks once at her residence on the Peak.

How anyone with an active, functioning brain and libido can be in Davao City and proposing marriage to a woman in Hk or anywhere remains one I will never comprehend. Okay, you were "in love". RIGHT.

I can see making a trip to Hong Kong to propose marriage but while in Davao I have NEVER had my mind on anything but "DAVAO WOMEN'. This is in more than a dozen separate trips to Davao over the last eight (8) years.

Now the Slayer is not just Pussy, Pussy and more Pussy. I do have my tiny daughter and her Mother 9.5 on a 10 in looks (former beauty pageant winner) . But in Davao I am "focused" on the current subject matter.

    GoodEnough,

I got your PM's. I will reply. I have decided that while "Heaven Can Wait", "Davao Cannot". If you are in Manila the night I arrive we should meet and do the Town. Head to Davao in the AM. I need to make a stop first in the early morning and get a late morning or afternoon Flight to Davao.

This is going to be one "Wild Ride". Better "fasten your seatbelt and strap yourself in". Annie is calling me, asking if she should request a "leave" while I am here. Celeste wants to know how many days she should take off from work. The 22 y/o with the EE Tits says she will be with me the entire trip. A few others have come online including a 27 y/o with lovely, dreamy eyes and a body that has me "begging" for her.

This will make our last foraging trip" look like a convent meeting.

I have no idea what the true name of the corner place is, but it's easy enough to find. The best way is to go to the Casa Leticia Hotel, take a left out of the front door and walk up to the corner where you will see a 24/7 convenience store with tables and chairs outside. That's it. Hot Legs is about 500 meters from there, and O'Flannagan's, which is the favorite drinking spot of the Dragon Slayer and me is around the corner about 50 meters away.

If you want to get together next week, just send me a PM, and I will post you back with my cell phone number here in Davao. I will be out of town on Thursday night, and pretty much unavailable all day Thursday and Friday. Aside from that, my nights are free, though the days are consumed with work. Also, I need to rest a lot because the Dragon Slayer is coming in about a week and I need to get back in shape for the marathons that such visits entail.

As to black guys here, I've met several, some from Africa and some from the States. I doubt that you will stick out any more than any other non-Asian foreigner. Don't sweat being out on the town. Just stick to places where other expats go and you should be fine. As I think I've said before, I am out on the town 2-3 times a week, and there are not many foreigners riding motorcycles here, so I'm sure I'm easy to recognize. I have never had even a hint of a problem.

    Dragon Slayer,

Your posts always crack me up and almost always contain a wealth of information. Totally loved your post, forgot which section, which detailed your adventure with the 20yr with the 18yr watching you both. Wow HOT! filed that in my things to do ASAP. TOO Late Buddy you've already shared the wealth on Davao and the Phillipines. I'm currently like one of those ring fighting Pitbull dogs scratching at the cage doors starving and mean waiting to get out to ravage my way through the Phillipines and especially Davao and a number of other places in which I've met some serious cuties from FilipinaHeart.
Actually thanks to you and GoodEnough I've discovered that the Phillipines is not a case of scrambling to find your share of the wealth but is a case of being absolutely overwhelmed in the abundance of it. You can't believe how much I am mentally kicking myself for spending 18yrs going to Thailand and completely bypassing the Phillipines.

I assure you that any friends that YOUR WOMEN :-) Annie has lined up for me when I get there shortly will be treated like princesses and receive the benefits of my recent extra training at the gym.

Mate as I said 18yrs of ferreting out hot bitches in Thailand means that I don't need you to share any wealth with me but I am immensely grateful to you and GoodEnough for turning me on to the Phillipines and YOU WILL receive your reward when I meet you there. Thanks to you guys my life is now taking on a completely new direction. I have lost interest in Thailand and am the caged dog soon to be let loose on the Phillipines and China. May God help them and May God help me!

    Hey DS,

Thanks for the tip, I forgot about the elections. I'll have my wife stay in Ilocos till maybe the 15th before heading to MNL and then to the US. Getting problems at work about time off before May 15, so not sure if I'll be able to travel, will have to wait and see.

It's true what Good Enough says about few "foreigners" in Davao, but plenty of fine women and western amenities available, unlike say Laoag in Ilocos Norte. Davao is my favorite place in RP, replaced Cebu after I spent 2 weeks there in 2001 before proposing to my wife (who was in HK, LOL, very jealous and called 3X a day or more: I was always "out", having "too much fun" for her tastes, LOL).

    Ah, the good old days.

    Take care,

    Harvey

    Trim Keeper,

Said I would not Post again but you ask for advice. Ya, a black guy will stand out just like a white guy. They are all brown and short. Read the Posts for the last 2 pages here. DO NOT let a cab driver, pimp or any other fucking tout take you around town or even down the block. No baseball caps, Stars & Stripes or anything to say you are an American. YES, we are "fucking proud" of OUR COUNTRY but we have to be "smart" now.

You will not be safer with your lady Friend. Use your "street smarts" (not the tv program) and be alert always. Our Posts here back to December give the exact location of the corner store, Sturu, Hanoi, Dim Sum, Hot Legs, Casa Leticia and Marco Polo hotels and O'Flanagan's. Other nightclubs and restaurants as well. Basically six years of many trips to Davao are laid out by the "Davao Team". Even where to buy decent wine.

I will not publish here where I will be hanging next week but you can contact me in a PM when you touch down. I may or may not stop in Cebu first. Probably not. Have to get here first. Cebu can wait.

My woman is now working at Election HQ. Figure it! Last week she wants to leave for the safety of the Family Compound in Metro Manila. Now she is doing one of the last things I would ever want her in this time. I was too exhausted from long hours working to even get upset.

Annie asked if she should request a "leave" at the Hospital next week. Celeste wants to know how many days off she will be taking. The EE Tits says she will be with me the entire time I am in Davao. I have no idea what will happen. I only have one dick.

    GoodEnough,

Pal, I know only one thing, This will be one WILD, FUCKING TIME for the two of us. Strap yourself in. We will be using the "fast lane" in Davao.

    GoodEnough,

i will be there shortly. See you. As we discussed, let's keep this to just the two members of the "Davao Team". To the Guys with all the excuses, GOODBYE. Action talks and bullshit walks. It they legalized prostitution in NZ, okay, stay there and fuck the Pros. Have Fun.

I will not be sharing the wealth and that goes for the jerk from my own City as well. When you "fuck" the Slayer, he takes it "Personally". For some I really DO think Davao could be a dangerous place next week. Better go elsewhere.

Mikster, Lorna and Maribelle both IM'd me about your trip cancellation. I should have known better but I will learn. Lorna thinks I should "Compensate" her financially ($$$) for your "no show". I told her to fuck me 10 - 20 times and "then" we will discuss this. As the saying goes, "No good deed will go unpunished". I keep forgetting I am the Dragon slayer, not the "sucker" or the "matchmaker". Same with the guy rom here in my home town. I need to get "smart".

Met an awesome 23 y/o on the new website. She IM'd me this morning and asked to see my dick. I told her first to let me see her on her webcam. She asked what I wanted to see and I said, "your big tits". She laughed and said "okay". Then, she kept buzzing me. I replied each time but no use. Telephoned her and found out she was using an internet card for her home computer. It was empty at the worst possible time. Be seeing her next week though.

Have another 22 y/o college girl meeting me in Davao. This one is awesome. She was on webcam this morning. She is just 5'0" and all of her body weight is in her HUGE TITS. DD at least; maybe EE. She got up and posed front and back for me. No waist and giant knockers. The biggest "Rack" I have ever seen on a woman this small, including in Thailand, Panama City, or the USA. She will have back trouble later in life carrying this rack around all the time. For now, she is going to be with the Slayer in Davao.

I will Post again some time in the oreseeable future.

GoodEnough, I have some fantastic wines and fine Champagne for you. I think you should give Annie's friend a call. She will be hot for action if she hears from you. Anyway, we always manage to locate the pussy in Davao. Next week Pal.

    Everyone:

My friend the Dragon Slayer is not only colorful; he's also correct. Please remember that there are very few foreigners in Davao, as opposed to Manila, or even Cebu. The city therefore, is not terribly attractive from the perspective of those looking to kidnap/kill or harm foreigners. Inter-familial and political violence is always a possiblity, but it does not often happen in Davao, particularly with the strong mayor we now have. I do not think that there's any cause to worry about being here. Thye Slayer's advice about the transportation issue is good. If you stay at a hotel, have the door man call the taxi for you. If you're at a restaurant or bar, ask the bartender to do the same. If you're shopping, or want to spend a night on the town, hire a taxi and driver for a few hours. It will not cost you more than $10 and will allow you to avoid flagging down random cabs if this worries you. I did all of these when I first arrived here just as a mater of simple prudence. Now, I don't do any of them because I feel very safe.

    Pals,

Okay, here is the situation. It WILL BE dangerous in the Philippines now through May 10. SO what! Are you that fucking scared? My Posts here are to advise and inform my Pals.

I have an inside tract through my Daughter's Mother and her Family. She was concerned about travel to Davao but says she now feels it is SAFE. Both her and my Daughter, who really stands out with curly, blonde hair but filipina eyes/facial structure, will make the long journey by boat/plane to Davao from Leyte.

Just stay OUT OF MANILA and go to Davao City. Have the Hotel handle ALL your travel arrangements in the city and no problem. At my favorite Hotel you have beautiful suite rooms. several nice Restaurants next door, incall masage service and the corner store we refer to as "Ground Zereo". T his is only 50 yds from the Hotel.

I thought there was a real danger, I would simply go to Leyte and stay there ( just like the now dead Mayor). I was in Zamboanga City in 1992 when Ramos was there and a Politician running for the National Senate on a "Law & Order" campaign. He was seated next to me at dinner at the beautiul, Lantaka by the Sea Resort. I have a long Post 2 months back in one section about this.

When will you be safest in Davao? When the "Davao Team" is on the Ground to keep you infformed and aware o potential dangers. And, when our Women, Native Residents are there to both translate and Direct.

See ALL in Davao later this month.

    Dragon Slayer,

I appreciate the info. As for the "insults", I didn't mean to imply anything was directed specificially at me...and insult is probably the wrong word. I certainly don't blame you for being pissed that jerk-offs were sending you PM's asking for your woman's contact and other personal information.

I'm sorry to hear about your personal loss on 9/11. I spent most of my working life in NYC, got my MBA there, and still consider it home, so 9/11 had a big impact on me too (including loss of a close friend from business school), although certainly nothing compared to the loss of a family member.

I'll give some serious thought to the information you provided on the safety issue, with regard to Manila and elsewhere.

    Good Enough,

Thanks for your input as well. It does sound as though Davao is less risky than Manila,; however, since I have the flexibility to travel whenever I want, I'll have to consider whether a delay in my travel plans would be prudent.

In any case, DS, good luck on your trip, and to both of you, stay safe.

    Merlion

  14. #137
    Merlion,

What insults? Don't see when I insulted you. We are not exactly "begging" guys to join us in Davao. To be honest, I have had PM's asking for my Woman. (Yes, my Woman), my business connections, phone #'s of Women in Cebu, Davao, Manila, etc.

The two man Davao Team is perfectly happy to remain a "two man Davao Team". No one is doing either of us a favor by coming down here. Same for travelling to Cebu.

Now to the security issues. I really stand out at 6'4". lt brown hair and blue eyes. As to the rest, I lost a member of my immediate family (Firefighter) in Tower 1 on 9/11. My nephew a member of NYPD was stationed 24/7 at "Ground Zero" from the time it occurred for several days.

Spoke to my Woman last night about this "security issue'. Elections are May 10, so "YES" you will be there during the most dangerous time. In spite of the murder of this Mayor on Leyte (not Davao), she says Leyte is not dangerous. She WILL go to Davao with my Daughter to meet me.

She says the MOST DANGEROUS PLACE will be in Manila. She lived in Manila in Malate where she ran a Store owned by the Family for several years. She was in Manila for the 1992 Elections (I was in Zamboanga City myself at that time). She was there also for the 1996 Elections when Ramos came into Power. She has a good idea of what it will be like.

BOTTOM LINE: Do not travel until AFTER May 10. If you do go, skip Manila and stay in areas where it is less likely to incur political incidents. This, to me, includes Davao. I will be there but I will keep a low profile.

For me, my little girl is there so I will go no matter what. Just be aware, indoors and away from the dark alleys or places taxi drivers like to take foreigners. No time for any of that. I will go by taxi to areas of the city I am familiar with from years travelling in Davao. Same for Cebu. I will also be on the Island of Leyte in relative obscurity. I will not be walking around or "hanging out" where I would be noticed.

    Merlion:

Like you, I've seen a fair share of hot spots. Been caught in civil wars, violent strikes, and other stuff, so I think I'm fairly sensitive to potential trouble. For whatever it's worth, my antennae have not even twitched in Davao. There's an aura of calm that prevails here, and the current mayor is such a tough guy that I don't think anyone wants to test his reactions to violence. Granted, the unexpected can happen at any time, but I am much more relaxed here than in Manila, which is where I would predict trouble would come.

You should check my recent Cebu post however, because it is true that Mindanao in general has been tagged as the most likely hot spot for election violence. I still however, hand out at the corner store, still ride my motorcycle around the streets, and still go to restaurants.

Ultimately, you will have to make up your own mind, but for now at least, everything is quite calm here.
