Further update on Neon Nights disco. I was in again a few evenings later, 11 pm. Only about 1/3 of the booths were occupied. I only have advice on this in Malate (a taxi ride away from Makati). Walking the Korea-town area immediately south of Robinson's mall after dark on Bocobo, Adriatico, Malvar, or Mabini Streets will get you hit on by a bunch of touts with placards with pics of pretty girls, offering to walk you to a nearby casa. No taxi needed. You might feel mauled by the touts, they will follow you on foot incessantly.
