I'm wondering what the expectation was if you, CSP, where seen as over paying. Unless I've misread your post, 3 k for an overnight with tips for exceptional sessions seem reasonable. I've no idea of the cost of the restaurants you mentioned but I've got no problem with buying drinks and / or meals for good company when I'm also enjoying the night.

It's a good point. I've rarely felt that I overpaid and seldom go over 3 k for the actual deed. Ultimately because I live in the region, and travel for work, I don't have to "count the pennies" when I'm in Manila (which in a lot of ways is a relatively cheap city in Asia). So yes, sometimes good restaurants and good bars, but I'd do that anyway (with or without a sexy young thing on my arm).

Everyone has different perspectives and budgets for this hobby and I say to each their own. I remember a time when I used to haggle with girls on Burgos and wouldn't pay more than a set amount as a principle, even if it meant going home empty handed. But now, I pay my regular girls 5 k-6 k plus nice dinners, drinks, spa etc because, my time is more important to me and it saves me the hassle to finding new girls. Early this year I stayed for once at the Peninsula and at 2 AM returned back to the hotel with a girl from Bottoms. P.S. On my 2015 farewell MNL party: I gave my girls their usual.
