To not waste time on exploring all the available bars, what would be your best suggestion to pickup a girl and spend the night with and what would be a reasonable price for a whole night?

Hard to answer as each gent has different ideas about 'nice looking girl'. Best bet might be to contact an Escort agency and have them deliver a girl (pricey, but convenient). Walking along Burgos street you can pick up an all-nighter in the range of 2-4 k. A hottie from a gogo bar will run you twice that or a bit more. Online apps can be hit / miss, so don't recommend for a 1-time opportunity (not a bad backup).

Holy crap, so I've only been to Burgos one other time and had a GF in my hotel already so couldn't really partake and just got drunk. I spent hours going from bar to bar in AC basically just throwing my hands up and saying whatever I'll take her. Burgos I went to one place at 8, saw plenty that I would have probably taken but one that really was my type. I was in and out in 15 minutes. If I consider what I make per hour and factor it in to time savings, and use that to adjust the price from AC to Burgos. Burgos is way cheaper for me. Now I get if you sit around drinking and stuff that might not be the case, I can only drink a couple even if I am drinking so doesn't really matter for me. But I was shocked at the jump in quality, I remember AC having better quality in my head. LA Cafe is still more my scene than anything but haven't seen a lot there that peaked my interest. Cafe Havana might be the better route for me but last time I tried there I played the cheap pinching pennies game which I've stopped owing because of regretting missing out on so many for less money than I would tip a good casino dealer. Unfortunately I don't like any hotels around Burgos so I will have to taxi them back into green belt area. Not sure the name of the place it was on the green belt end on a side street. 2900 bar fine 3500 for girl.

Girls come and go so quickly, you pretty much need to take a peek in each club. Don't overlook the bar at the top of the stairs, I had a nice surprise in there last time.

Recently stayed at the Shangrala last month. Noticed the elevators at the Shangrla now require keycards to get up to the rooms. How would the girls come up to the room without a card?

Well the standard method is they go to reception. Reception calls you and asks if you are expecting miss sweet thing. You say yes, they take her ID then they swipe her into the elevator and she can go to your floor. After she finishes she goes to reception. They ring and ask is it OK for her to leave. You say yes and they hand back the ID. The other option is you meet her and take her up.

What would you recommend be best for highest quality girls to go out on a date and have a couple hours of fun in the hotel? I am new to the forum and have done quite a few pages of RTFF. Here is what I think is my best bets:

1. On Burgos: Plan be, Bottoms and Kojax seem to be the top bars with best girls.

2. Online dating sites like PL etc. This is not my thing as I neither have the time or the inclination to go find and wait for someone.

Short answer, I think it's definitely worth experiencing. I can tell you that many times I am in a Gogo in Thailand and missing Philippines. I too enjoyed the Gogo scene more than most.

The Gogos in LOS are far more designed to extract your cash and turn over customers ASAP. You will find prettier girls there but it is stare at girls on a stage, pick a number and off to do the deed. I was there with a good looking, young, Asian American guy and the girls refused any of his requests that would add to the time involved.

Depends on your preferences but the PI girls may not be as plentiful nor as good looking but they will party hard and show you a good time inside and out of the bar. And no need for Google Translate. If you're not a sucker, they will respect a reasonable LD turnover rate and often LDs drunk at the bar will be taken off the 10 drink bar fine anyway.

Bottoms is the wildest bar that I know of anywhere. I will amend THAT LAST STATEMENT: Bottoms is the wildest bar I know of anywhere with sexy doable girls that I want to shag. The Bottoms Girl's tops come off as soon as a customer offers to buy them a lady drink and touching and licking their nipples are encouraged. The girls expect it. After the intros and initial fondling, invite your girl or girls to one of the more private booths on either side of the central stage. Everything is available from the girls in the booths except sexual congress and even that might be possible although I never went that far. Ha Ha.

I have written about my farewell fall 2015 party in Bottoms. The only two bars where my roving hands did not meet with resistance were bottoms and Mirrors. 3-4 drinks per hour seems just about right though to be honest there was constant hard sell starting literally 5 minutes after the first drink.

It's not like the Gogo's in Bangkok or Pattaya so set your expectations right. However there is something about the philipinas that makes them seem much warmer than their counterparts in other Asian countries, including Thailand. Plus there is the advantage of language. I met this girl in bottoms yesterday who was actually fun to talk to. She had a sense of humour and was not only getting my jokes but happily having a real fun conversation.

I'd agree the bar is pretty low but but EDSA and Burgos are about as good as it gets Gogo wise in Manila. After finding XOXO closed, I was informed that it, Kojax and PlanB are part of the same consortium. Apparently the girls rotate between venues and when Kojax is closed XOXO is open and vise versa.

Yes, Burgos is aimed at tourists and those out to impress guests so its priced accordingly. Good girls can be found though and prices are much cheaper if you meet them when they are off shift. Now most of the volume and quality girls have indeed moved online.
