I saw couple of guys writing about Havana. Havana Cafe was my spot for many years. The last 2 years though I just still to DIA. But this is what I did. First, take your time. Order a drink, and even have your dinner there. Food is good. Scout everything out. Majority of the girls show up after 10 PM. And they will sit at the tables, around the periphery or just walk past. I totally agree with you about Manila / Makati girls. Ever since I first ventured to the PI in 2011, I have NEVER had a bad session in greater MNL and many of my Manila girls have scored in my top 10 annual list of favorite Asian girls. In the middle of December I went from AC to Manila. I had always wanted to check out Havana Cafe so at 9 pm I headed over. Seriously I don't know what I was thinking. It is a bar / restaurant in the middle of a shopping center. Like you, I found it weird as shit to be trying to pick up chicks there. There is an inside part and an outside part. DIA I would notice the numbers went down by half. Still, I would do well. Girls 18 to 20 was about a 30% score on the first date. Girls 25 to 30 were almost 100%. If you have a pool, then your chances of the girl having a "surprise" period goes down to almost nothing.
