As a general statement, I would say no. There are ugly and pretty girls in both locations. However, there are a couple of things working in Makati's favour: the prettiest girls are going to gravitate to the money and that's going to be in Manila, of which Makati is an affluent area; Makati doesn't have the hyper focused K-girls or drinks only that the prettiest AC girls seem to be so many more are happy to hook up with a white guy vs AC; WC1 has correctly mentioned that AC is fully prepaid with no recourse for runners or poor performance, where-as Makati girls have some or all of their payment at risk pending the customers' satisfaction; Makati is also a lot more than just Burgos street and includes high end malls, girls with legit 9 to 5's, clubs and pubs of all descriptions etc. I'd suggest you have a clear understanding of if you are chasing pure looks or overall performance.

I would say that anyone can find lookers in numerous bars in AC, and Burgos. You can walk around AC bars the same way and find one you like. But your payment of p5 k to the bar is the complete payment up-front. Its cheaper this way, but there is no guarantee that she will not run away early, or that she will perform well.

In both of these places, there is no negotiating or little negotiating. She might offer p6 k for her tip in Burgos, and you might negotiate that down to 5 k, dropping the total from 11 k down to 10 k. Who would care?

If you were talking about FL, there is no way to answer your question. FL negotiate from position of strength based on her immediate need. As Goffering said, if she has an immediate emergency she will negotiate down considerably, but if you are a 2-week warrior and not one of her regular expat geezers, you will probably never find out that she is more desperate today.

It's also very hard to get a quote from most. They want me to give it. And then just ask me to go up. Even a mid-30 MILF wanted 7 k and only went down to 4 k. Which I would pay the extra 1 k for a younger girl.

Are you time poor? If girls are aware that the guy is only in town for a few days, they know that 99% will pay up rather than miss out before having to return home. For this reason, never mention that you are only in town for a short stay.

No need to ask or e mail to the hotel. Just book for two. Philippine hotels are mostly girlfriendly. I have stayed in many different hotels. If it is after 8 pm sometimes security ask you to register the girl. No need to argue. Just register. On a single visit I have registered at least three or four girls to my room. Nobody asked any questions on checkout. In this hobby you need to be brave.

You are right there. My experience is the bars in P. Burgos don't include the girls 'tip' which could be 5 k to 7 k depending on quality of girl. You pay the BF (4 k?) pus girls tip. FLs on PinaLove, P. Bugos street and LA Cafe etc. Around 4 k. You will need to negotiate ST or LT and there is more risk with this option as the bars carry out some checks on the girls. Outside Manila (E. G. LA, Sabang, Cebu) the BF usually includes the girls tip but you need to check if its ST or LT and what's included. If you are there longer you can find a GF on one of the dating sites or regular bars.

So Neon Lights is a sort of club / gogo hybrid. They have hot chicks that linger outside as a bait, these are known as "receptionists". Their job is just to get you to go inside with them.
