About the casas, I had only thought of them for taking a girl out for overnight. The ones that Jay-R took me to charged 3000pp for that. I don't remember the streets they were on, but I think they were near Osmena Highway and Puyat Ave. I also have a vague memory of Jay-R saying there's a pad nearby if one didn't want to take the girl back to the hotel. I have no idea what the pricing for that would be. Jay-R seems reliable as long as you're not asking him about something that has nothing in it for him so I might ask him about that. Or you can call him if you have his number.

I took a girl from one of those casas last week. Selection was about 15 4's to 7's on a Sunday night. You pay the house before you leave. The manager wanted a 100pp tip. I visited PDP for the first time also a few weeks ago. If you need to get laid in the middle of the day its a great alternative to the LA Cafe which is a daunting ride in midday traffic from Makati. Casas are another daytime alternative but as I can never remember their addresses and they always seem to be off the beaten track, that puts me at the mercy of the cabbie and all the attendant bs about the commission. Thats why I dont use them.

PDP is a great alternative. I read about it first on this board and knew that it was in the Burgos area but it took two attempts to find it. No one on Burgos knew of it, or maybe they just wanted me to go to their place. Anyway, a trike driver on Kalayaan showed me.

Same set up as described by Finrod. There were only about six girls in the fishbowl on a Sunday afternoon. 1500 for the room and 1500 for the girl, and the guy at the entrance cautioned me that she gets paid after, not before. As I recall, the time allowed is 90 minutes.

I had a nice time and finished and paid the girl her 1500. She was attractive and we started chatting. Pretty soon I was interested in doing her again which I did, so I gave her an additional 1K. We were there over two hours and the management never bothered us. Nice place and well run. Highly recommended.

This is on a side street off of Kalayaan Ave near P.Burgos St. If you are coming from The Matrix on P.Burgos St, then head toward Kalayaan Ave, turn right there, crossing the street, then look for it to your left, two streets down. Very easy walking distance from City Garden and the other hotels in the immediate area. If you're there at night, look for the blue neon sign down the side street. I thought this place was a KTV so I had not bothered to walk up and check it out, but no it's not a KTV, it's an MP and it was even mentioned in this thread, but that was awhile ago when I got around to searching for it when a friend mentioned this place to me.

So, here's an update on the pricing: 1500pp entry and 1500pp to the girl for massage and FS. Keep in mind that was during the day, I got there at 1pm this afternoon (Friday). YMMV as the previous postings in the thread seem to indicate different pricing depending on the time of day.

Selection was OK, about 15-20 girls, mostly 5's to 7's. In spite of my usual instinct not to pick the prettiest girl in the house, I picked a pretty and petite spinner named Bianca, #M. About 5-1, 95#, b/c cups, nice nipples. Not sure why she didn't have a regular number like the other girls. Her English is very limited, but I got out of her that's she's 22 and has been in Manila for 3 years. Go figure.

I have stayed at many in the area and I do like Sunette tower,and also CITY GARDEN.C.G. has a great location and is quiet and the rooms are nice clean and great beds.I do not need 5 stars and most 5 stars in the pi are 3 stars in the way of service compared to the states.

The access is good to all the bars on P. B.STREET, and they never say a thing about gals wanting to visit.They also have a good breakfast buffet in the morning.Safe clean and good location 2 banks within 60 and 150 feet from the front door.

Sunette Tower is sort of middle of the road.I know you can book for a month at around 600 US and they have king bed,bath with tub,living room and dining room kitchen combo.REF,plates,silverwhare,glases,everything your little honey needs to keep you both happy.This is a good place in my opinion for longer stays and not like a 1 room hotel.Cable tv in both hotels aircon and S.T. Is clean and no bugs like others I have looked at.

Both places are 3 minutes walk from FLAMINGO,MATRIX,and the rest..

There is a multirate structure in Makati, Wild West, Plamingos, Mogumbo and Banditos all charge 2000 P. Most other bars charge 3,000P and a few 4,000P. Depending on how busy the bar is the Mamasans need to make thier quota and if things are slow they will just offer the reduced rate without being asked. If business is just OK they are willing to take the cost of the ladies drinks that you have purchased off the total barfine (i.e. 2 drinks at 300P gets you 600 P reduction). If business is good then no discounts, After all it's a "market" driven business.

Stayed at the Dusit for 2 nights when i arrived and was unimpressed compared to say Hyatt or Pan Pacific.
Older rooms, internet wouldnt work in the room, they wouldnt help you in getting regulat taxis, they want you to take their taxis to LA Cafe at 300-400 a ride.

I am considering Dusit, intercontinental or Mandarine oriental hotel. Does anyone know if these are guest friendly.

Last year I stayed at Hyatt Regency. It is quite nice. EDSA complex is next door and unlike Heritage hotel you dont need to cross that busy dangerous street to get to the EDSA complex but they charged me $20 for the chick I was with.

Have your gal check in with you and you can get the "local" rate here if you say it is your asawa (wife).The price is half around 50 us dollars...

i'm staying in the somerset olympia serviced apartments. it's been guest friendly so far for my internet chat girl. the room is nice enough and has a good view onto makati avenue and the park across the street. it's next to peninsula hotel and walking distance to glorietta and all that stuff in one direction, and burgos street and all that stuff the other way. one problem is this place suffers from a similar bizarre entry setup as cebu midtown. enter, down stairs, up elevator....also the breakfast is mediocre. the gym is half ass and the pool is closed for repairs at this time. there is a jacuzzi next to it that you can use. all in all for us$78++ i would rather stay at one of the 5-star places for just a few dollars extra. the problem is that it can be hard to book dusit, peninsula, et al on short notice.

the first girl i met here has been a good find. she's the kind of moral obfurep001or that suits my purposes just fine. she herself is economical with the truth about her situation so i don't feel the need to disclose much to her either. most importantly she's a tiger in bed.

i'll be here for a few days, hanging with this girl and others, as well as friends i use to work with in the middle east.

I stayed at the Renaissance (New World) last month. I like the convenience of being close to Greenbelt and only a few minutes away to P. Burgos. The room is very plush. The bathroom has a detach shower room, separate from the tub. Next to the bed is a master console which controls all your room lightings, air temp and music. I have stayed at the Ritz and Four Seasons (regular rooms) here in the US and I’ve never seen anything close to this device.

I paid around $130/day w/o breakfast. Taxi ride to P. Burgos is about $3 round trip.

I maybe coming back in September for business and I may again get a room @ the Renaissance.

I prefer to stay at the Dusit as it is an excellent property, you can get a good rate often if booked through a broker over the internet ($55. a night at times), and you receive coupons for a excellent breakfast buffet. The rate for your room is the same for single or double occupancy, so when you check in be sure to check in as Mr. & Mrs. James Doe. This way you can take your girl for breakfast in the morning as the front desk will provide you 2 coupons. All the properties you requested information on are nice properties.
