Have to agree. The price was fine for it's value proposition hehe. They have a grand opening special right now for 1,200 Pesos, but that is about to end and then it goes up to 1,500. Still a bargain considering that PDP charges 2,000. The tip to the girl is 1,500 (don't even think of paying more. The manager has stated strongly on MTC that that 1,500 is the accepted rate). I have been there twice, once at 6:00 pm and once at 10:00 pm. The 6:00 time had a beter selection. While the selection was not quite up to the quality of Starfleet, it was still better then PDP, and at a significantly lower price. The rooms are also bigger and brand new. I really think the manager is quite daring to put the place where it is. A 5 minute walk from Greenbelt in one of the nicer parts of town. I have never heard of another massage parlor in this area before.

It is located on Arnaiz Rd (the local name is Passay Rd). It is between Makati Avenue and Paseo De Roxas Rd. Just ask any cab driver to take you to the corner of Passay Rd and Makati Ave. Then just walk along Passay Rd towards Paseo De Roxas. You will see a big JVC sign and also a big I-Bank sign. The place is right between the two signs. It is a well lit lobby with no name.
