Unless they have suddenly fallen (and I stand to be corrected) BFs are between 3500 and 4000 pesos, at bars like High Heels it is 3900 pesos.

Seems silly the BFs are so high. Look the lack of punters in each bar, years ago they were packed now empty and only the Koreans and Japs pay, girls complain etc, is why the guys now visit and get a mobile number and see them after the bar closes or the next morning.

If you are (not so smart) to ask her how much she wants before leaving the bar, she will quote high prices. Don't do that. Tell them how much you are offereing FIRST. Just say an amount you don't want to go over. She's already getting p1000 from the EDSA barfine. She's willing to work LT for 2000 total. If the barfine is 1600, offer her p400 tip. If she balks or says higher, smile and walk away over to another girl or to LA Cafe. Once inside LAC, offer p1500 LT. Of course she'll balk at that. Don't go over 2000 pesos to get a LT in Manila.

If girls in AC are willing to work LT for p650 and girls in LA Cafe are p1500, why would you shell out p3-4000 for EDSA or Burgos? You are driving the prices up for the rest of us.

I am planning on arriving in Manila on the 20th of Oct around 9:30 Pm. What Taxi service would you recommend for me to take from the Airport to a good reasonable Hotel not too far from the Domestic Airport. I am looking for a good hotel possible for a coulpe of night then I am flying out to Mindanano. A safe and reasonable price hotel. Allso anyone want to hang out with me please send me a message ok.

Assuming that you are arriving at terminal 1. After luggage pickup and customs walk across the arrival hall, walk through the exit doors and then immidiately turn straight left.

Less than 50 meters from the exit you will find a small booth marked "metered taxis". They will ask you where you want to go, and a service guard will hand you a small slip on which he will write the license number of the taxi you get. On the slip is also printed information about what to do and where to call if you have any problems or complaints after the ride. In which case the license number is useful information. However this is only for precaution. I have never experienced any trouble at all with taxis from this booth.

The driver will without hesitation turn on the meter, so no discussion or hassle about the price. During the ride he will probably offer you his card and tell you to call him during your stay. Especially if you "don't have a girlfriend and want to meet nice filipinas".

Give the driver a small tip upon arrival at your destination. I suggest 10 % of the meter price.

I can recommend Pearl Lane Hotel in Ermita. Walking distance to MBC and Robinson's Mall.

Official adress is 1700 M. Orosa St, Corner Gen. Malvar St. The taxi fare would be around 400 PHP.

They have super friendly staff and reasonable prices.

Have a nice stay there. I hope you get this answer before your departure.

The casas have some very good-looking young girls. Just have to find a cab driver to take you there.

However, with the current exchange $US = 40 Php, that 's only $20 for all night. That looks way to low for casa girls.

Most reports indicated that, MBC girls, even the old, ugly ones, want about 1500. 2000 Php for ST. The casas want 3000- 4000 Php plus tips for all night.

Posting a late report on my 2-day stay in Manila before heading to Angeles City.

The 4th turned out to be almost as good as EDSA! 18-30yr olds, more slender, prettier, smiling, joking. Best part was the price! The owner tried to give us the "tourist" price but our cab driver went to bat for us and got us a 800php price for all night. Needless to say,"La Casa" redeemed Manila as a place to monger for me! Oh, and the girls were hungry to serve! Totally different from EDSA.

I must say, finding our cab driver who stuck up for us when too many irrelevant questions were asked, went to bat for us with the pricing and just kept us safe was the best thing that happened. We eventually bought him dinner and some foods to take home to his family. He is not happy about doing this but he also understands business is business and is willing to do it.
