Just a short report on a recent trip to PI.

Stayed at Sheraton Manila Bay. Needless to say, girl friendly. Easy walk to LA Cafe (woof!) if that's what you are looking for. Admittedly I didn't go there at prime times, but damn it was bleak. Edit: they are comparatively strict with IDs. They demand both government ID and vaccine card. May be flexible.

The RP in Makati near Burgos St also requires both ID and vax card. My current residence requires both, and mid-late last year, Knightsbridge was on / off at different times (or just different guards at the front door) in requiring either only the ID, or at other times both. Calling ahead on the phone helps clear this up (usually).

I just stayed there. It is indeed girl friendly. On Google it's described as an adult only hotel. The reception explains the guest policy in detail and they have big posters saying "guest friendly".
