As for Pegasus I was there last year multiple times and there were no Mamasan they had only a manager for the girls and that was it. I visited Pegasus about three years ago. I was staying at the Heritage Hotel and had wandered across the street to check out the action. I really couldn't find what I was looking for that night. I've been to Don Pedro a few times. It's just around the corner from P.Burgos. The ladies are not that hot compared to Pegasus and even the bars on P. Burgos. It's a typical fish bowl with rooms you rent on the same property. The only advantage I see is that it is open 24 hours. They also have a two tier price structure. Before noon, there's a discount. If one wants a sea of quality with fair price Cebu bars which are not owned by expats is the place to go.

I always start my nights off at the Greenbelt. Hopped out my personal-driver taxi made my way through the entrance door of the Greenbelt mall across from the Renaissance hotel and as always was amazed. The place makes you forget you are in the Philippines. You see too much money…the wealth of the place and the patrons is apparent.
