First off, thank you to all who helped me and answered my questions on this forum as I prepared for my trip and to all who have posted helpful reports. I could not have had as much success as I did without all your help.

This is going to be a long and detailed report, so TLDR I met girls from SA and had a blast with each one and took one with me to Boracay.

Here is my research and planning for an upcoming trip to Makati and Bohol. I was last in the Philippines prior to COVID, so my personal knowledge is now worthless. I have done everything I can to find fresh info online, including from ISG. As I mentioned earlier, it is more difficult than I would have expected, particularly finding freelancers online or in person without spending hours and hours and hours. Please provide any criticism or clarifications or insider info.

From my limited experience in P Burgos for a week last March, you will have no problems having fun. But:

Like you, I tend to research and plan down to lowest level of details and that includes locations, services, prices, safety, etc. This is what I have done travelling to over 30 countries over the last 40 years. But here's the voice of wisdom looking back for you: The real (perhaps only) benefit of all that planning is that once you have a plan, be willing (if not eager) to throw it away. The unintended artefact of planning is that along the way you get a great idea of what you want to do, AND you also get deep knowledge of alternatives when your primary plan goes total bullshit. So great, you want to optimize your time and spend. But don't get hung up when you get there and find out your expectations are way ahead of reality. Be willing to bail quicky when it's not going well and embrace one or more of those alternates. Stretch your boundaries a bit and you may find more than you expect.

Finally, regarding Prep: According to my doctors, you need to take it in advance and every day to get the full benefit and protection. Taking one pill just before you drop a load in something warm and pink won't work well. I started taking it one month before I flew to PH and I'm still taking it daily now. Check around your local area for health providers (maybe your current one) for costs. Getting the prescription requires an appointment and blood & urine tests, plus anal and oral swabs. Then you need to retest every 90 days. My plan provides checkups, tests and the meds for free.

I will be in Manila and AV in mid-Feb for one month for my 2nd visit. Should be a lot of fun.

Excellent research. Your post, and Goffering's, should be put in a SPECIAL SECTION FOR NEWBS. A few specific thoughts.

My target for girls for LT starting around 7 pm: blow job no condom, finish in the mouth, eating pussy, kissing with tongue, fucking (with or without condom), prostate massage (rimming), 4 pops (one before dinner, two after dinner, one in the morning), and stay until breakfast.

If a guy here (myself even) says he got LT on the street for 1500, he probably did. But that's not written in stone, and its not reason enough for you (or me) to think that you will get that (or should expect to get that) on an upcoming trip. SC I don't think you will see anything you like on the street, as the girls are usually older and / or chubbier, and they don't fall within your parameters. Also, about half the girls on the street are girls.

The current price for an 8 (and maybe even a 9) from clubs like Lips and Plan be on Burgos St is around P10,000 for short time and 15,000 for overnight.

Again, that's not written in stone. In early October I had several girls tell me they were LT and p5 k for their tip (no negosyo down on the tip) with 2 pops. They were 7's and 8's. Also, 6's in the bars will not negotiate below 5 k anymore. Everyone is at 5 k for the tip, and the prettiest were 6 k (pre-covid 7 k). This was over several bars: V8, Nautica, Lips, Maison. Also on any given evening, a girl who needs a barfine TONIGHT might drop her tip amount, which means there is no go-to guide. SC in your case, with the added stuff that is not normally done (4 pops), you can get that in the gogos easily I think with talk of a larger tip.

Sorry to say, expect much less success and immediacy in Bohol. In the province, many less hookers available and even part timers want to appear as good girls. Swap 'meet for fun' with 'meet for coffee'; be prepared for her to bring a friend in tow; some will return to the hotel with you, some won't but will say thanks for waiting on the second date.

The provinces are certainly fun but much less point and shoot than the big smoke. The upside is GFE like you wouldn't believe and prices 1/4 of Manila.

A 7 pm start LT will be difficult to find in a gogo or club, though not impossible. Be careful in Greenbelt. 99% of working girls are truly horrific or ladyboys. 99% of the attractive girls are wealthy civilians doing their shopping or meeting friends. You do not want to walk up to one of these and ask for a $50 blowjob.

You left out sneakouts from Burgos or club employees (dancers etc). It's not difficult to get their number in the bar or post session and agree to meet outside work hours. This is often at much reduced rates esp for repeats.
