Hear, hear. Overpaying is for insecure guys. Besides I often find filipino pussy pricing inversely correlated with the performance level. A good rule of thumb in any market is to pay 10 x the local price of a haircut for an ST. I see the haircuts now go for P 50-60 so we are already grossly overpaying at the P 1-1. 5 K level.
