Cebu is a giant city w / a few bar districts. The only one I'm familiar with is Mango Sguare which has about 10 bars, at least it did 3 years ago. I found more than a few stunners there but they are very dedicated to the Korean.

Clientele so you better have some serious game to get the best there. I always ended up w / a 2nd or 3rd choice, never the one I was dying for.

I don't know if Red Lips is still open but that was a bar w / some real nice items. Then there is Vikings w / more hot dancers some being very hot. For me, a fit decent looking older guy I got played by Mango Sq's best lookers, drink hustlers all the way.

There is an area nearby, an open restaurant near big parking lot where the FLs ply their trade, near the popular disco, J Ave. That was a lot of fun but not many stunners, some though.

The malls in Cebu also have semi or non pro ladies shopping and ready for a diversion. Ayala Mall is the the upscale one and I did have success there. While walking the mall if a young lady smiles at you she's on the hook if you decide..

I have yet to go to the Philippines (coming soon) but why use an agency?

Just from simple search on the forum, I can tell you can just go outside (no games necessary), frequent a mall, hang out in the right spot or with some people on here, you can pick up a mamacita or two.

Most foreign governments and now a lot of foreign recruiters do not recognize Philippine documentation as there are so many fakes in circulation. One country regularly recruits nurses from India and discontinued visiting Philippines after so many false documents were encountered. In Philippines, verify everything CAREFULLY.

Not that India is better off.

Indian degrees are validated closely and passes for IT and technology jobs now take 60 days in Singapore for Indians, vs less than 30 days for others, including Filipinos.

One way I was told by a girl who had the same age / job issue was she used her sisters birth certificate (Or an older relative) and paid some money (well it is the Philippines). Was easy she said but then later in life she wants her real passport there is trouble brewing. Another had her own name but got a fake birth certificate. Same thing as the other girl and same issues later when she went for a job where the age requirement was her real age but her 'passport age' was outside the range.

To stop her and say something, like where's a good restaurant. That's code for lets have some fun in my room. (JK) But that's what I did and enjoyed a real low miles lady. So if they smile that's it.

AC is full of women and bars but is a little shit hole of a town w / a 100 bars and a 1000 women so a much easy environment for hunting. In my experience I never see the same quality in AC as I do in any major city. AC has more but not the best.

Another option is Manila, specifically Makati where Burgos St is. Burgos St has similar quality as Cebu but w / no discrimination. The street has a lot of character, slightly narrow w / many restaurants and bars 3 blocks long. The top bars are Bottoms and Kojax, their prices are high, higher than Cebu prices. Kojax / Bottoms are 3000 p for the bar and the dancer will want another 3000 p for a tip. This will give you a few hours w / her which for me is all I need, bar hop, have fun and then f their brains out afterwards.

I prefer Makati over Cebu hands down because I'm treated better by the bars and the ladies on Burgos St. There's a nice FL scene that happens every night on Burgos w / some nice items available for 1500 to 2500 p. This street is a fun crazy Zoo like experience. I like to hang in Pashas restaurant and watch the energetic craziness w / middle eastern music filling the area, I like it a lot. Matter of fact I'll be there soon and do it all over again.

AC is the least expensive but the quality is not equal to the big cities plain and simple. I still love AC and enjoy an afternoon BF for 1500/2000 p (the complete cost) at the Perimeter bars and then at night enjoy the Fields Ave bars where the mega bars (80 dancers per) are very entertaining w / decent dancers and some nice items mixed around all the bars. Some picky guys hate the place though so if you're looking for stunning 8's, and 9's don't waste your time in AC.

This includes thousands of positions across the entire government. I believe his intention was the curb the corruption that's rampant in government departments. I've got no idea if this move will impact the ease of obtaining false documents, but it's reasonable to expect that it might.
