Are you referring to street freelancers or bar girls? I'd agree that freelancers are pretty much ST only but I've never had issues with the bar fined girls. Not to say it doesn't happen though and it's certainly something I'm very clear on before paying anything.

LT is never guaranteed in Angeles City and as the fee is paid upfront, runners are common. With a Burgos bar girl, the fee is paid at the end. If she runs off early, just pay her the ST fee. No big risk there. I had one Burgos girl that wanted to renege on the deal in the room. As she hadn't taken her panties down yet, I dragged her back to Bottoms and swapped her for a more compliant girl. Took a bit of effort with the mamasan, but it can be done.

Since you're posting in Manila thread, I'll assume that is your focus. One of my first questions would be, "Where in Manila do you live?" Some might be quite far from the city. The question "Are you from Manila" might help you determine if she is independent, or living with family.

It's called "Brickstone". About 30 m along the street on same side as LAC.

600 php for 2 or 3 hour short-time. The girls know it.

The owner has around 10 of those small, yappy hairy terriers hanging around in the lobby and on the stairs.

The dogs are a bit distracting initially but they don't seem to have the usual dog odor and you can ignore them.

Watch the ceiling height. If you are tall like me you need to do the hunch-back crouch along the passage way.

There was a ST hotel same side of the street as LA cafe. It was called bird something. Area used to be sketchy but nowadays quite safe except for street urchins begging. I have walked all hours of the night around there alone and with a girl and had no problems. Since they opened a police station close to LA cafe it has become safe. Only bad thing sometimes police get bored and start rounding up single girls on the streets. When this happens it is a funny sight like girls running helter skelter in all directions like running of the bulls in Pamplona. These are mostly mamasan offering girls outside and single girls going into or out of LA cafe.

If you walk around Robison Mall, you will definitely find some hookers for $20 ST. They will usually be ugly and may be even a bit unclean. A lot of homeless people wash themselves in the toilets as soon as the mall opens

I have no patience and will not wait for any girl to decide time and place. If they give the runaround I drop them. I will also have repeats from previous trips as back up.

I do not know why you have not gotten any interest from the girls. I get few likes, few Hi, etc every day. I go for mainly pretty girls and occasional ugly ones. Sometimes ugly ones give best sex.

I would add ro EDs advice as follows: 1) Yes, LA Cafe is open 24/7 and I have had some good finds there even early (6 AM). Some go there for a quickie before they start their real job. 2) Burgos is more expensive but better selection. EDSA, too. Greenbelt is a mall in Makati famous for pick up bar at night but I have never been there to Havana. G Point is a restaurant / bar with occasionally a good find at night. 3) I use Filipina Cupid but it is for pay unlike DIA. 4) Robinson Mall in Malate. Never saw anything I wanted there except store clerks who are available if you have some game and a phone. Manila is not particularly dangerous but stay sober at night, keep money in front pocket and only what you need. Wear condoms. Non-pros are everywhere. Four days is not much time. Next time plan a trip to Angeles which has everything in a small area / rows of P4P bars much larger and cheaper than Burgos. Good luck.
