I don't know if it burnt down, but it's definitely been demolished and gone for good. A Multistorey building has been built on land where it was.

I think more than one gent in the past year has reported that it remains closed. Do an Advanced Search (upper-right corner) for Keyword "EDSA", and in the Search Forums drop-down list below Keyword, scroll down and find 'The Philippines', and click "Search Now".

Haven't used it personally, but I'd be skeptical. I've been browsing PH walkers telegram groups recently and there seems to be a large issue of scammers / fakes on both sides. Guys posting about being scammed after paying a deposit for a date or paying online for video content, or girls demanding deposits and / or face pics to come meet because of so many fake bookers or "trippers".

It's more a matter of putting in the legwork to do what you can to verify, and taking precautions to avoid getting scammed. For example the first link Sabrina has her own website on escortbook with a gallery of 20 pics. That requires a bunch more work than simply posting an ad with some pics and text. You could follow up with her and ask if she has reviews posted somewhere, or screenshots of "field reports". Do reverse image searches, see if she has escorting social media etc.

The correct list of expectations that will set you up for a win are as follows:

1. I love women who are shaped like a tube and have no figure and as brown as possible or a little chubby still with no real shape to make mention of.

Likely is a matter of probability. You will be more likely to find the body type in the picture. Thin, small boobs, cute.

No. The bar's hiring is less discriminate than that. The girls are a mix of NCR talent, leaning towards typical pinay figures. No one bar has a more significant 'type', possibly excepting O'Reillys bar with much older / chubby ladies. You will find more slender gals in V8, Lips, and Maison, but not necessarily with big boobs. I am not saying that there are no skinny-booby girls on Burgos, I am saying they are the exception. Even if you find some, they will often be taken out of the bar earlier in the evening by some other high roller. Your other options are escort services and other online items (Tinder).

From your list, like the other fellas, I fear you might be setting yourself up to fail. Consider other locations. Columbia and Brazil come to mind.

Even BGC is filthy with rat infestations. In fact in recent history the only places I've gotten sick were in the upper class restaurants in BGC and makati. The reason for this is because I suspect the staff never eats this food because its too expensive so they don't give a crap if its spoiled. I have never been in a hotel in manila that didn't have a rat or bug problem the even the conrad has signs of insects and rodents and every single hotel I've ever stayed at in manila was riddled with pest infestations. Which is why I smh at any one who would willingly go to tondo and eat anything in and around tondo.

I find the provinces to be a little more manageable in this regard but provinces also come with their own inconveniences and hazards.

If you look for inherent risks in the philippines you will just end up paralyzed.

Looks like you are in for disappointment going in with this list of expectations like some others most recently had, would be wise to postpose your trip until you find something truly enticing about phils before you go, continue what you are doing and wait until you don't care about the legalities, you like the shape of the south east asian woman and don't care if you or your penis rots off from an STI. If you fundamentally don't like the kind of women on offer wait until you do to invest your time and money into a trip.

Me for example, I have put off trips to brazil and peru and madagascar, because I would be looking for half Japanese women in Brazil and Peru and remnants of indonesian DNA in Madagascar. I am just not attracted to let say non-asian women. Which makes phils a treasure trove for me personally.

I took the opposite view in my visits to Thailand the last of which was in 2015. Back then I did BBFS with non-pros but bagged up with pros.
