You can 'prevent' by taking a lower dose each day. I do 100 MG doxy each morning while I'm in country. Doxycycline is commonly prescribed for dermatological issues for a month or more at a time. As I said earlier my (ex) girlfriend was prescribed bacrtim to take every time after sex because she was getting bacterial infections. Yes if you have a full blown case of Chl or Gon with a high bacterial load, you would take what Geneva said. The idea is to catch it before it develops, therefore the daily use.

Let me jump in here:

-For chlaymdia doxycycline 100 MG twice a day for '10 days is the standard. Azithromycin alone doesn't cut it. Sometimes we use Doxy + azithro.

-For Gonorrhea, 250 MG of ceftriaxone in the butt x 1 or cefixime 400 MG by mouth x1 (a bit less effective than the shot).

-For bacterial vaginosis (fish smell); Metronidazole 2 gm x 1 (don't drink alcohol you will get sick).

-Syphillis: Pen G in the butt x 1 (2. 4 million units).

-Herpes on cock: no cure, drugs like acyclovir etc can reduce symptoms and are used as prevention in someone that already has herpes (to prevent recurrence), take that daily.

And yep, overuse of antibiotics does promote resistance, that is why the treatments for gonorrhea are so limited.

Wouldn't routine jabs just promote resistance to antibiotics? I know rampant use of general antibiotics for decades in Asia has lead to numerous resistant strains of once easy to cure diseases. Where I live, you nearly need to be in a full coma before a doc will prescribe. They are definitely not given out "just in case".

Also, given incubation periods, wouldn't a test before returning home for the average two week warrior mean that he hadn't contacted anything on his first day in town. Any subsequent infection would still be testing negative??

Its just the downside of the hobby. My old cocktail was azithro + doxy + metronidazole. Too bad all those don't work anymore (metro still does work). Its pretty much 100% certainty that I will catch something when in PI. Azithro stopped working around 2015, and doxy stopped somewhere around 2018. And yes I have been disease free in all other countries except PI. I always bring in a doc, get IV and shots towards the end of my trip now. SOP.

Ok so I'm new as most of you can tell. While in Manila last week. I decided to try out Smooci and picked a girl named Yuri from there.

So here are my mistakes as I see them.

1. I let her charge me extra for transportation to my hotel. I was out by the airport (3 K peso down the drain) I know I wasn't thinking.

2. she got dinner out of me. Said she was hungry and had not eaten all day (extra pesos down the drain).

3. spent most of our time (my fault) talking about day to day stuff and didn't get down to business.

Bruh if this is true you are either really unlucky or not getting correct results. I have been with well over 100 girls in PH all bareback in the mouth and vag and never caught anything. Since Azithromycin doesn't work anymore, it was a great way for me to put a tough case of gonorrhea into hiding for three months so I could spread it to several wore girls before it resumed giving me horrible symptoms and I finally had to get real treatment.

This is what everyone is doing now. You might think you caught it multiple times but actually you've just been carrying the same case and spreading it I dunno (if you were doing BBFS I'd be sure that's the case, with oral? Who knows).

You must be very unlucky if you catch Gonorrhea from blow jobs, especially if you catch it every trip. The Azithromycin is a bad idea. It's best to visit a clinic so they can test and give you the right antibiotics. They'll know which combination is working best for the local strain of Gonorrhea or other STD that you have.
