I am not sure there is a solid answer to your question. There is no one location for 'this' or 'that' type of girl. There is no bar or area in Phils that has 'Latina-looking' ladies. I've said it before and I'll say it again. You go to The Philippines ON VACATION. Of course I could date LA girls and get sex for theoretically cheaper if I count dinner and drinks in LA and then I compare it to the airfare and the Central Park Jacuzzi suite in AC. But I go there to relax and chill watch sports in the morning and day drink and wander around and do nothing during the day and then nap and have a raging nightly adventure that always results in bare sex. Let's be honest here, If he was good looking he would be asking this question? Almost all my sex in countries where I "work" is all non-payment sex in fact they pay me LOL!. On a time crunch of a few weeks or month going to need to use money to speed this up.

I don't know if it burnt down, but it's definitely been demolished and gone for good. A Multistorey building has been built on land where it was.
