Since you do not want to waste time on chatting and making connections, to simplify your life in KL, stick to Spa in KL hotels.

Just tell the manager OKT ALL your needs, the type of service and girls, he will make it happen.

You just need to pay the corresponding prices of course. With the currency in Malaysia being so low, it's still very do-able.

If you want to get lower prices, go to Chinatown area in KL and check out the massage boutiques, and don't be shy to ask clearly what you hope to have included in your service.

There is so much to partake in that area and if you don't use the rail, it is going to be time consuming moving around during the daytime. I would say anywhere between trinoma and farmers market should be good hunting grounds, but if you are looking for bars that you can BF girls, then I really don't know. I do a lot of hunting in the area, but no bar fining, its all pick ups. Makati, Malate, and Pasay all yes to bars with barfines, QC I will have to take a look around next time I am there.

You didn't mention price, but, if that isn't much of an issue, the old Hyatt on Mabini and Pedro Gil is an excellent option for Ermita and LA Cafe as well as the EDSA Entertainment Complex.
