Instead of making calls to your friends you. And everybody staying as a tourist in Philippines. Should include a phone number of the PNP tourist police in his cellphone directory. I myself always register the general emergency number, the number to be dialed at time of any emergency is 117.

Unfortunately I did delete a lot of Phils numbers, so I cannot give tourist police numbers here.

At time of writing you can reach the tourist police by calling the normal police stations.

The PNP is also pushing for the establishment of tourist police in key tourism areas, particularly in Bohol and La Union.

But the best is to stay vigilant and careful always so that you do not need to call.

Trying to be somewhat politically correct here. Many half caste African / African American / Filipina girls running around, darker then dark but obviously conceived by a punter and left to be raised in PI by the PI lady.

Seen in Greenbelt, Burgos, Quezon Ave, and I think EDSA bars. Don't know about LA Cafe.

Thinking of doing the Philippines in April but can't decide between there and Thailand (will be scuba diving and muff diving majority of the time!). I've searched the forums but can't find anything (except for Angeles city) on whether Manila contains the following:

- African / Black girls

- Russian girls

Any information on the availability of the above would be truly appreciated, thanks!
