1. Very understandable and normal as most coming to Manila fear getting lost and don't really know how to transport themselves around. I like Cebu Pacific as they use terminal 3 which is easlier to navigate for new comers and all. Book Belmont hotel or Savoy Hotel for convience and easy access. You can easily taxi to MOA from Belmont or Savoy.

1. 1. Manila, Makati and Malate may only be an inch apart in the map but traffic is unbelievable 24/7 and absolutely horrendous during the normal peak hours. Best to treat them as distinct areas. Don't plan on travelling between them on a regular basis.
