Any short time hotel near LA Cafe? I have see a Victoria Motel in Pasay..anything nearer?

I have used Amazonia many times. Rates are 400 to 600P. When you leave LA Café, turn left and go one block, Amazonia is on the right. I pay for the room and turn on the air conditioning and go back downstairs for another drink with the girl. The rooms are very hot and bring your own condoms, they charge 100P each.

Was in Ermita a month ago and since I had had a very nice time at the Grand Boulevard Hotel fishbowl "sauna" back in March, I went back there. Got up to the 8th floor and there was pandemonium - they shooed me away and said it was temporarily closed. Looked like some staff were still on the way out to the stairs. Anyone know if it is open again and what happened? My guess is that there was a LE raid and somebody didn't pay off.

Day 1

Started my journey into Air-force One (Health Spa and Karaoke), which is located in Paranaque City, located 10 mins from the airport and 45mins from Makati.

The Long Weekend

After a long hiatus, I am now in Manila for a conference and had visions of my previous trip here ten years ago which was a trip into a land of joy and happiness.

Landed in Ninoy Aquino International Airport and had pre-arranged a hotel limo pick-up which cost USD50 (duh). The Makati Shangri-La is girl friendly with excellent attentive staff and good quality rooms and is walking distance to Greenbelt and Glorietta Shopping Complex, which has a vast choice of shops and restaurants.

Day 1

We then went on to Melate area which is near the Pan Pacific Hotel and Robinson’s dept store. We ventured into Piaje Bar which charged PHP350 per 90 mins for unlimited beers. (We stayed for 5 hours till closing and paid PHP1050 per pax for beers). LDs were PHP250 per drink and since we were the only guest we literally ran around the whole bar. By this time my 7 brothers had moved on to Burgos and the 3 of us more or less spent PHP30k for the full 5 hours with drinks all round for the 20 girls.

We then asked some of the selected ones to go back with us to our hotel. This is where the con-job started as we went first on a eating spree at supper, but when we were in the rooms, stories of having period, married and grandmother admitted to hospital and had to go immediately which all came out conveniently after the shower and supper. We were pissed with their “bad attitude” and politely kicked them out but still gave them cab monies.

By then it was 5.30am and John Thomas was still feeling hungry and called for massage service (yellow pages) and was quoted PH3500. In came a long hair beauty but was very mechanical and SOP. Not recommended unless you really need a quick release.

Day 2

Went scouting for another spa and the driver brought us to Utopia, which is located on the road to the airport. Went in and viewed the fishbowl which had about 8 girls but not too much to our liking and then went back to Air-Force One for another session. We finished and then went next door to the Japanese restaurant called Gyu Gyu Tei, which served very decent Japanese as the Japanese owner was very friendly and we chatted merilly away with him (We spoke conversational Japanese). We then checked out the Karaoke next door and they had 7 girls and charged PHP300 entrance fee and each girl will cost PHP800 per hour. We politely declined and went bar hopping where we started with Flamingos (next to White Bird) but the choices were so-so quality in terms of bar deco, seating arrangement and girls.

We then proceeded to go wild in the Burgos area for final session and they say the rest is history.

In Asian malls where there is either action close by or takes place, it's my experience that this has a rather nice spin-off effect on non-working girls that also visit the malls.
