Please make sure the girls you are chatiing are real. On Tinder, many of the profiles are fake and you may be chatting with a guy or an ugly girl. Never send any money for taxi first as some will ask and never show up. I have a good friend who lives there many years and learned the hard way.

Some very general comments about Tinder in PI:

It's typically point and shoot meaning she's available and wants to come around now. Forget about a long distance romance to woo her on arrival.

Attention spans are very short. If you haven't got her number in 3 messages she will move in to other prospects. If you like the look of her, get her number and contact her again when you arrive. But I put my foot down a long time ago on the advice of one of my old Captains who was married for almost 20 years to an American woman who divorced him and now gets half his retirement.
