Planning (of the fluid plan variety) on being in Manila Sunday 30th for a couple of nights if anybody is around for a beer and going exploring. Staying in Malate. Drop me a PM.

angeles is a very dirty city is just for monging only there is not much to
do during the day time expect sleeping , you should stay in manila for a
few days stay at malate area close to la cafe and robinson mall and few
15 min taxi away from makiti and the edsa area and the airport.

i also like cebu city alot many thing to do , scuba diving , shopping mall and
the beach in matican area , this is a big city with alot of massage and club
actions at night and the quality of the girl and value is better than manila
    in my option.

boracay is very expensive is get to and girl is also very expensive and the
action is very poor , is a good place to bring a girl friend for a vacation and
for scuba diving and swimming it have some of the best beach in asia but
not as good as phi phi island or koh samui of thailand my favorite place , pm
me if you have any more questions.

    AR,

With all due respect, don't ask the Manager. He will quote the written rule, but will not tell you what happens in reality.

    Hi AR,

Thanks for the update. I missed that post. That certainly upsets me as I am a Marriott Platinum member and always was upgraded to the club level where I had access to the free breakfast, free small meals throughout the day and free drinks in the late afternoon. It is not worth the upgrade if they are going to hassle you. Thanks for the update. I think I'll return to the Shangri La next time.

I can echo FF's experience at the New World. I was asked to register my companion to which I politely declined and kept on marching to my room. No hassles.

The girls, when leaving ask for a note saying she was here with my permission so they can get through the lobby without me going down with them.

Colleagues of mine have been dragged out of elevators to register their companions. To boot, the front desk staff will treat the girls like criminal hoes - this is not the hassle that any monger who can afford a 4-5 star hotel needs. Be advised to give this hotel a pass. AR+

Just a few suggestions from me. Depending on your length of stay I would stay in Makati for a couple of days so you can checkout Burgos street because if you have never been there it will be a great experience for you. I would read the posts on here so you can get a feel for what it is like. The one piece of advice I will share with you and you will also find in reading the posts is the girls are pushy for drinks and it is expensive compared to other areas. Just make sure you keep an eye on the number of ladies drinks you will be buying as they can add up in a hurry. Also keep an eye on your tab as Bottoms especially is known to add drinks you never ordered to it. One thing I can assure you and that is you will have a great time and experience. Instead of paying the bar fines try to arrange to have the girls meet you when they get off of work or set up a date for the next day. This will save you a lot of money from paying the bar fines. I would then spend a few days mongering over in area's around Manila. You have to checkout the Edsa Complex and all your taxi drivers will know what you are talking about when you tell them you want to go to the Edsa Complex in pasay. Another must for you is the LA Cafe. You will learn about all these places by taking the time to read the previous posts. The taxi fares to these places is very minimal but get a price upfront and better yet have your hotel get a taxi for you. After getting your fill of Burgos and the Manila area I would head to Angeles City and experience another fantasy, as that is what it will be for you since you have never been there. It is very inexpensive and you will have the time of your life. If you go I would highly recommend staying at the Orchid Hotel as it is one of the best hotels offered there and the location is great. The cost is about $35.00 dollars a night and make sure you ask for a room in on the jasmine wing as it is much quieter. As far as Boracay goes, it is a very beautiful area but it is somewhere you will want to go to relax as there is nothing else to do there and that includes mongering, so take a girl from Makati or Manila with you.

The hotel you stay at is all about what you want to spend and the amenities that are important to you. A nice hotel that is inexpensive is the Citadel as it is about $35.00 dollars a night and sits right on Burgos street which is where you want to be but it is not filled with the amenities. Another nice hotel for the money and it is also on Burgos is the Best Western Astor Hotel which is a 4 star hotel and goes for $40.00 a night. To book your hotel I would go online to do it as if you wait and book it when you get to the P.I you will be paying out of your mind for a room. I have used these websites to book my rooms. Asiatravel.com., Asiahotel.com, Directhotel.com to name a few. One of the nicest hotels you can stay at in Makati is the Renaisannce and it is generally a $90+ dollar a night hotel. I just checked on asiahotel.com the other day and they had it for $65.00 dollars a night. That is the site I also found the prices for the other hotels I listed above. You will never find a better bargain than that price for a hotel. All the prices I quoted you were with tax included. The other thing when shopping these websites for a hotel make sure you check them all out because there are big descrepancies in the prices of the same hotel room from site to site.

This is what I have to share with you at this time. I hope it provides you with some of the information you are searching for, but all the information is available in the prior posts so please take some time and do some reading, as it will better prepare you for hopefully a vacation of a lifetime since you have yet to experience the LBFM!

    First time in the Philippines

Hello all, I'll be heading to PI for my first time come mid-Nov.. A few questions:

    1. A suggestion for which part of Manilla to stay in? And any particular hotel (that is girl-friendly, of course)?

Ouch, he doesn't answer nor even aknowlege my question.

She took a piece of your heart, didn't she? Can't stop thinking about her?

Before Internet, you could actually cool down and realize that the fantasy....was a fantasy.

Lot harder now when you get home from your trip and you have love letters waiting for you in you in box.

C'mon KEJ, I'm not asking for her phone number. How much did you donate in the very end? From your story, we know it was worth it.

X Man, who has also fallen in lust and spent too much....but never after the fact. Post PI depression.......

    PPiD?

The only one I could recommend, and recommend quite strongly actually, is Visions. Barfine is only 1,000 Pesos, cute girls, and very nice mamasans. Second would be that bar next to Traders hotel (Inxs, or something like that). Barfine is 3,400 Pesos, but still less then a lot of the other places on Roxas. Avoid ALL of the other places on Roxas unless you are prepared to really spend some mony. Take East Asia club, for example. About 1,500 Pesos just to walk in and buy yourself and a lady a drink. If you want to take a lady out, it is a two drink minimum and 9,000 barfine.

    Keen Eye Joe;

I have seen many posts on this board and you have written one of the best in mho. I am glad to see you had a great trip and would welcome any add on"s via back channel you might have for me on my up cumming trip over in December.

I have met lots of gals via pc, and some are what I might call talking from a script and others are very nice and want to make you feel like you lived next door to them all your life. I am counting the days until I will be over in Manila looking for a real gfe also.

    PLAY SAFE.
