There are definitely some bargains to be had out there. I was offered half interest in a massage place for 200 k. If I had really trusted the seller, I would have invested and just taken the profits in trade.

200 k for a couple massages with extras a week forever does not sound to bad, if you really think you will get that.

Whatever you invest in this country be prepared to lose it, especially if it is a little on the shady side. Lots of locals will make up a story to get you deported so that they can keep your investment.

Those buildings are below average and their prices are below average accordingly. The brave investors are buying. Things can turn fast as soon as people get optimistic again.

Info from a few bar workers on Burgos Street recently that they were contacted by owners to expect to return to work in January if interested. The COVID situation between now and then I'm sure can change those plans. Fingers crossed.
