Yes, for the extra cost I would say the Conrad has slightly better, quality accommodations.

Location wise, it is right next door to the Mall of Asia. And has its own passage way thru, very convenient.

The only thing that makes the Hilton stand out is its location, a stone's throw away from Terminal 3.

Good for the guy, bad for the guy. Beware any hotel / residence that lets you walk in with an unregistered guest. They will also not check with you when the guest departs; a dangerous situation for you should the girl rob you blind (or worse) while you sleep.
