Users can search for other users, 'People Nearby'. However, for anyone to appear there needs to be online users actually in your area. WeChat is very popular in Asia but if it's not in your area then there is no one to identify. People will only appear when you move to an area amongst other users. From memory, you need to be within 10 mi. In a major Asian city there can be '00's of matches who you can message and see if they want to meet.

Many openly advertise as being in the game but beware that a good % are LBs.

You'll want to hustle. It can take some time to get through the airport and to your hotel. On the plus side there shouldn't be much traffic at that time. For Burgos, the cream may he gone by the time you arrive but there should still be some good options. Bottoms is recognized as the best for groping girls and DDs.
