I had an extremely hot 29 year old admin assistant. It was obvious, in retrospect, from the day I was that for my interviews that she was attracted to me, I initially just attributed her attitude towards me to her personality. However after I started working there it was obvious that she was definitely interested. She would wear somewhat reveling clothing, tits showing when she leaned a certain way, you all know the signs. She would make excuses to come into my office with some papers to sign and make sure I got an eyeful. Several eyefuls in fact.

At the company Christmas party we danced and she was rubbing against me in a way not at all appropriate for a 29 year old support staff and a senior manager to behave.

I resisted taking any actions while I was still at the company. Shortly after I left I needed a notarized document and since she was also a notary (needed in construction all the time so common for a support person to become one) I called her and asked if she would sign it for me. I offered to go to her end of town and meet in a coffee shop there but she insisted that she come to my place.

Leaving out the details, we had fun getting the document signed, took all night too. LOL.

However I would never have taken any action while she was a subordinate staff member to me at a place of employment. Under Canadian and many other countries laws, it is impossible for consent to be freely given in these circumstances. Even if it was, all she would have to have done was change her mind and she could state that she felt duress in giving consent. We see lots of the potential for this in the meetoo movement and those posts.

Bottom line only a fool would ever take the risk of fucking an employee or someone who you have any power or authority over in any way, the risks professionally are too high, the risks criminally are also too high, even if you did not do anything wrong, you will in the end be guilty just based on the fact that you MAY have abused your authority to gain sexual favours.

Hobby is hobby.

Work is work.

Work pays for hobby.

It is that simple and should always be kept strictly separate.

I worked for a female owned construction company. I was a senior staff member, one of a small number reporting to the boss / owner directly.

So many expat monger horror stories here! Two common issues arise in most of them. The first issue is that the monger married, handed his balls, and more importantly his finances over to a shrewish wife. In doing so, the monger failed to maintain separate and secret cash reserves out of the reach of his controlling shrew. Hence, he left himself extremely vulnerable to the stiff sanctions of divorce or extortion by threat of divorce actions. LOL!

The second common mistake is that the monger decided to get marvelous BBBJCIM from his employees or coworkers opening himself up to legal liability and worse. There are natural consequences to shitting in one's nest. LOL!

She's had enough. He's always away so she manages the finances. Everything is transferred into her name and a divorce lawyer to the stars is retained.

He thinks it sucks but he still has day rate cash rolling in so the fun goes on.

Unfortunately the Supply Chain Manager's wife is mum's good friend and provides a good shoulder to cry on. She asks hubby "are all the married guys doing this? "does the company support this?" and finally "lets discuss your golf trips in Thailand".

Seriously there are lots of employers out there that would take a very dim view of anything that openly violated their sense of morality, even if they fantasize about doing it themselves or actually do it themselves.

This is understandable as there are many risks to the expat Boss to be seen as openly supporting an employee's Hobby regardless of if he partakes of not.

Internally, he cannot be seen by his wife or superiors to provide support or shelter to anyone caught. To do so would risk his own position and / or marriage.

Externally, no business unit wants to appear in the press and be seen as morally corrupt. Reputational and contractual damage is just not worth it.

That's why today the Hobby is very widely practiced by resident expat workers but those that are too visible generally find themselves back home fairly quickly.

"Back in the day" it was open and no one cared but that's a whole other post. 😁.

Hopefully, they apply that policy based on more than just having seen an employee in the company of a nice lady. Koliflaver may be an extremely handsome young man who gets many freebies in Manila. LOL! If he is meeting nice ladies in their late 20's and early 30's from upscale clubs or dating sites, he can actually enjoy non-paid company. The fired-on-sight policy implies that all the women consorting with foreigners are prostitutes. Unless his boss and / or colleagues intercept his lady companions and verify that Koliflaver paid them for fuck, the organization risks firing him based on many assumptions.

It would be interesting to see how HR determines what is paid for fuck activity, as taking a local lady out for dinner and drinks is technically compensation for company and fuck, if the evenings activities progress into the bedroom. Of course, if the policy states that employees are not to fraternize socially with local ladies, then that is a much wider net and Koliflaver may be in jeopardy. In that case, he may want to reconsider his nocturnal trade negotiations while on his junkets to Manila and elsewhere. That is assuming he values his severely sexually constrained career more than his favorite hobby. LOL!

Anyway, that is good information for mongers seeking employment in certain regions specifically for the access to fleshpots. They may want to consider their potential employers' policies on their hobby.
