I've been contemplating a trip to Manila or elsewhere in the Philippines and thought I would check out what types of sexual activities are the norm there these days. Stayed at red planet Makati, great place for under $40 a day. They also have a bar resto with a pool table and meet some cool dudes there who drank and partied with me through the night. Logistics: There is a separate door for Flight 168 (to the right of AF1), but it was closed, so I entered through AF1. Up the elevator to the 2nd floor, past the reception desk, take the escalators down, so yes up one then down one. Papasan greets me, and brings me just behind the reception desk where there is a fishbowl of sorts. I say this because you don't look through glass but rather an odd set of wood frames with circular cut-outs. There's a lot of logistics info in this report and I think their ought to be. This place is well off the city center and away from pretty much everything and I imagine its a little out of the way unless you are coming / going to the airport. Planning the MNL traffic nightmare is essential.

I think it could be cheaper depending on what time of day it is and which room you select. But overall I thought it was a nice experience, if not a little pricey, especially for MNL.

If you are used the quality of women you find in Taipei, you will be sorely disappointed with the ones at LA Cafe. Burgos is indeed the RLD street, and some of the places like Bottoms, Kojax and PlanB have incredibly hot women, but they are mind numbingly expensive. Another popular spot to check out is EDSA. The clubs in Manila are always a great place to find talent, but they get going real late and you definitely need a bit of game.

In most cities I know a Hilton or Marriot, or similar, that is within easy walk to a red light district or some other opportunity. My default hotel in Makati is the Fairmont which, together with the Shangri-La likely represents the top of the Makati Hotel pyramid. I've never had an issue with either hotel, though both will call you prior to allowing the girl to go. That said, it probably pays to make sure the girl isn't wearing something so provocative that the hotel could not ignore it.

As to outcall services, Smooci I notice has just started services in Manila. There are other escort services, such as Manila Courtesans that some find reliable. I've never relied on these sorts of services so I'm not speaking from personal experience.
