Currently planning 3 nights in Manila and 2 nights in Angeles City to get a feel for the place. Will Cebu be better than Angeles or stick to current plan?

What is the purpose of your mission? Is it for the hapenis? If you want get get laid very often with multiple girls throughout the day and night with little to no hassle at all your best bet is Angeles for the entirety of your visit.
