You are going to have to explain more about what you man by upscale? Are you looking for better dressed but still P4 P talent? Or more classy and educated filipina?

For the former you are just going ot have to spend more, hang out at Shangrila, Peninsular and spend more money making more friends like that. In my experience the dress of the girl has no correlation to performance.

For the more educated girls you will have to put in more time on dating sites and hanging out in Starbucks, attending local business events and functions. These girls are not desperate to meet foreigners and often see their future with their upper class pinoy.

There are other recent posts about how 95% of the filipina population is not looking to be shagged by visiting foreigners.

I'm thinking it takes a portfolio approach. Spend some of your effort on developing the upmarket, upscale contacts while also tolerating what can be achieved in a short visit.

Good, viable suggestions BD, but the "effort" you suggest will not pay off often I think for the short-time, gram 'them and shag 'them traveler. Educated Filipinas, from solid families aren't really all that anxious to jump into bed with white guys old enough to be their fathers or, in some cases grandfathers, and they have no financial imperative to do so. Putting out an ad on FaceBook or one of the other social media, being clear about your target population might work for slightly more down market Filipinas who are still a cut above bar girls, but likely not for most others. Such ads might yield a call center agent or two, or a sales clerk, but I think that's about all. Most folks who come here as tourists have neither the time and probably not the inclination, to identify and meet professional (not sex professional) women, and many truly upper crust families might not welcome foreign boyfriends.

Find a cheap hotel / hostel in the area of your regular hotel. Taxi there (much less traffic at 4 am) and crash, sleep till 10 am and then taxi to your regular hotel. I assume that you can't get into your regular hotel / condo till the afternoon, waiting in the airport till sunrise won't help?
