I do not think there is necessarily a connection between a girl's reluctance to wear a bikini and being hot in bed. I have known a number of girls who did not want to wear a bikini for a variety of reasons, but they were plenty good in bed. The girl may just be shy in front of others, or she may have Cesarean scar or something else she is self-conscious about. It might even be her religious upbringing. The solution is simple; buy her a one piece.

If she's from the province 1/ she will regard getting a tan as becoming less attractive and 2/ the skimpiest outfit she has ever worn out in public is likely to have been a T-shirt and shorts.
