Does anyone know if the Arizona Resort in Subic Bay is girl-friendly? Have you stayed there and brought back girls without any problems?

I am very much a city boy. Live in a big city and enjoy it more than smaller venues. When I monger, I seek stimulation, and not relaxation. Lights, music, noise, pussy, alcohol- that is what I need. I don't seek romance or slower pace for which Subic may be ok. The only reason I don't go to Manila is because the city is not particularly interesting, and the barfines are way too expensive. I only go to AC because of the sheer number of pussy. Otherwise, it holds nothing of interest for me. Bangkok is my favourite big city in the whole wide world, but I don't mind Pattaya, because again of all the girls there and the place has an overall enjoyable atmosphere, and many more entertainment options than AC or Subic.

Pattaya is nice if you are younger, in the disco age.

I will never never never never have a 23 year old slim girl as fiancee in Pattaya, even not as prostitute below 4000 B.

The reason is simple.

Thai girls have nothing with white people, nothing with any foreigner. But only the money (or the marriage with about same age).

Cause Thai man work and look good.

Pinoy only let the pinay think and work.

If you are older its normal a Thai is "married" with 3 foreigners and goes to their Thai boyfriend the moment you leave.

In The Phil you still can find a poor girl who is loyal to one older man.

Pattaya is safer to get drunk haha. Bangkok worse. Compared to the Phil.

I've popped into Subic and it's never been known for lookers. It used to be less expensive but not anymore as they have eliminated BFs. Now the bars allow their BGs to name their prices which always start at 3 to 5 K. I was there early 17 and the pickings were slim and no BFs. I was also there 5 years ago when there had low BFs 1,200 to 1,500. Now they have Fields pricing and much less talent.

Last year I went back to PG and was surprised at the numbers and quality of the BGs. There's about 5 bars w / around 30 + BGs each available. I'll be heading back there this summer. BFs are 3 K and the women are more friendly than in AC. PG is harder to get to than Subic but at least there's something there that's nice.

The bikini bars are pricey and boring and shit if you enter with your own girl.

No decent dancing in most bars and ugly.

I just returned from there. Alohha Bar is actually renamed partially on the front to Cheap Charlies again.

A Restaurant on the Ground Floor, an bar in the middle and the Roof top bar on top. About 40% were still the same Girls some migrated to the barreto Sports bar.

The Setup is the same just a Little bigger.

The Price structure for the bars is written before.

Dryden Group bars in the centre (Lolipop, Wet spot, Man gave, Jum Jungle) is 3 k often negotiable to 2. 5 k.

The other bars between 2 and 2. 5 k down to 1. 5 k at score bar.

Short time about 0,5 k to 1 k less.

I had a very good run this time Girls wise. The weather same crap though so the diving was mostly cancled which left me more time for morning activities.

I was at cheap charlies maybe 8 months ago and 3 years ago both times at the afternoon.

I had the impression it was a kind of free lancer beerbar Girls more buizy with each other like in LA cafe / G point.

Specially cause I was with my fiancee last time it was a nasty experience.

Just 1 or 2 houses to the north on the same site of the street is a bar with a dancing pole.

The white owner sits in front of the bar on a table outside I think Australian (slim man).

I could select my own music on my phone and my girl could dance on the pole floor.

I had so good time regretfully I forget the name (on google I see sit and bul but is different name).

A drink was just 60 p. Well we com back October!

I have found that the locals call any heavy rain a typhoon. This past week it was simply the edges of a tropical storm that spawned the heavey rainfall. The actual storm, as mentioned was not a typhoon when near the Philippines.

And they often refer to monsoon effects as typhoons. These are very different storm systems. Typhoons (and slightly slower tropical cyclone-type storms) come off the Pacific moving in a westerly or north westerly direction. They pack much stronger winds, and because they move faster, the winds do not tend to pick up as much water off the sea. Monsoons come off the South China Sea, moving slowly in a north easterly direction, typically over Luzon. Like typhoons, their wind systems are circular (counter-clockwise if they're north of the Equator), but because these storms move more slowly they suck up great amounts of water off the sea and drop it on land as torrential rain.

Since typhoon and monsoon seasons coincide, their effects sometimes exacerbate each other. If there is active monsoon activity, a typhoon moving north westerly across Luzon can cause the monsoon to sit stationary on the South China Sea and continuously suck up water and dump it along the western side of Luzon. I'm not in country as are KG and Dg, but I'm wondering if this happened in the flooding around Olongapo.

I was in BB April / May and spent a lot of time but less money in Cheap Charlies. A draught SML for me and a LD was just $2. 70. Two days after I left I heard it was closed down allegedly due to the staircase suddenly being deemed as too narrow and / or them being behind with paperwork. I'd already been to Aloha 40 seconds along the road and not liked it as much. Same set-up of roof terrace but bigger and there was something about the squeeze in ChCh that made it more friendly.

Anyone know what Aloha's prices are and if they still sell draught? And how many of the staff from Charlies moved there?

As I mentioned in a previous post, Cheap Charlie's moved just west of it's old location last month. It's now just opposite Rico's, slightly east of the intersection with Del Pilar St. Same MO, same waitresses plus a few new ones since the new place is larger. Two ladies confirmed that it was open the day after the old place closed.

It never made landfall and passed well east of PI, but it's outter reaches brought torrential rainfall, the worst of which was in central Luzon. Olongapo had some flooding, and there was even a foot or two of water in the lowest area of Barreto.

By this time last week Domeng was several hundred km north of PI when it actually reached typhoon status, but continued to spawn rain in Luzon until late this afternoon (6/17). Water levels are still high; virtually all of Manga Beach is underwater & most of Baloy. Only guys I saw in the ocean were a few surfers in Baloy.
