Was there recently but only went down Baloy as far as Treasure Island, owned by the same folks. One visit was at night & I just visited the bar & pool area and another day I visited the floating bar. I think Kokomo's is (or at least was) right next door, or did they just change the name?

I don't know of any myself. You might go ask a bar mamasan where is the lab that does their smear test. I know in AC there are quite a few walk-in labs with referrals to the proper doctors for medication if needed.

Yes there is, I was there over Christmas. Using SM shopping mall as a start point go north almost all the way down to the traffic circle. Probably 50 or so meters before the traffic circle on the left side, 3rd floor is a boxing gym. While it focuses on boxing and Filipino martial arts they do have weights and the joint is open 24/7. Go to Palawan. Bus cost from Pasay to Olongapo is 245 pesos. Though buses leave very 30 minutes, not all are direct. Some will stop at quite a few places. Total time will be 3 1/2 - 4 hours.
