Hoping to dive back to these parts (and doing diving too om Subic).

Any advice for picking up Tinder / Wechat FLs in Subic area?

Tinder, Filipino Cupid and Pina Love. Note that some apps regard Subic and Olongapo as different locations so be sure to search both. If you need more, many Zambales towns aren't that far for the girls to travel to meet you but if you set your distance too far, it will show '00's of hookers in AC who will not leave town to come to Subic.

Diving in Subic is good if you don't mind shit Vis in the Bay. Outside it's not too bad. Options open up if you are happy to dive deep.

This is probably useless reports since I don't think any of you have an interest in Bacolod but anyway. So the main nightlife area iin Bacolod is called Goldenfield Complex. In it there are 2 bikini bars one is called Bunny Ranch which is classy club with high quality girls with ridiculously high prices as well. The other is called sweet lips which is the budget bikini bar with average quality.

The freelance street scene in the area has always been creepy, but post Covid it's even creepier, there are tricycle drivers standing in different areas of the road each with 3-5 very fit [Deleted by Admin]. And there's a police car patrolling the area none stop from evening to midnight. I have no idea what's really going on in that area but I don't want any trouble, to be safe I picked a woman who looks early 30's for 1 k (she seemed the most motivated / interested). I gave the 1 k to the pimp (the tricycle driver). He shook my hands and said "it was pleasure doing business with you" LOL.

If you are talking about the gogo bars on Maxilom Ave, a KM from Mango Square. On one side of the street (pre-pandemic) were the "Vikings" group of gogo bars (including Vikings and Sisters), about 6 bars. Across the street was another set of gogos, maybe 3, but I can't recall their names.

I was here just a few days after this message (although I have been off-line from this forums for quite awhile). I had a girlfriend (bisexual) with me. Although we were not specifically looking for company, just out to have a drink and play some billiards. I had introduced her to billiards for the first time only a week or so prior while in Bohol, and she was really getting into it.

We started off at Day bar, but did not stay even for a drink as we were looking for somewhere to play pool and this place just didn't have an interesting vibe. Walking up the road we saw a sign for pool tables with the usual touts sitting out the front, and this turned out to be Viking bar. Just a simple door at the left hand end of the building dropping down some stairs. As we didn't know the area had no idea that this was a go-go bar, so it was a funny surprise as we walked in downstairs to see all the FL walking around. There was probably no more than 8 to 10 punters in there, with maybe 15 girls. Most where in the 5 to 6 range with a two or three that were more like 7's. Not really anything better than that. No real conversation or activity happening, and two of the punters who were in there looks like they were asleep on the couches. The girls who were dancing made the stage look like this is where you went for your soul to die. Absolutely dreadful. All of the girls in there looked really bored, and we attracted a whole hell of a lot of attention one because I had a girl already with me; 2 because we were there to play pool not to pick up girls; 3 because we were laughing and joking and energetic where as the place otherwise seemed pretty much dead. Ended up staying for about two hours. Played five games of pool including one game where we teamed up, me with the mamas an and my girl with one of the girls in the bar. Had a couple of drinks each and ended up paying for six ladies drinks. Total cost in the end was in the order of 2000 peso. It was a lot of fun and funny conversations. The girls were of course very very interested in learning more about me and my relationship with my girl. They were fascinated to hear that she knows that I have multiple girlfriends, and is okay with that, and has even spent time with one of the others with me in the past. One (of the cuter ones). Asked her if she and I were married and when told no said "ahh, so we still have a chance then!" Had a great time in there, but if I had not been there with a girl in order to play pool, and instead was there from a straight mongering point of view the place struck me as pretty downmarket, pretty depressed.

We then walk slightly further up the road and went into Philly, which is one of the bars across the road that I think you are thinking of. Went upstairs and played a couple rounds of pool and foosball with a group of young Filipinos (girls and guys) and just chatted and had fun for another hour or two.

Ended up at Mango Square. Went into ClubHolic but was so loud we just walked straight through and out the other end. Didn't even try to go into Lyric's, ktvs really not my thing. Then we tried to get into the other one there (studio 11? But they wouldn't let me in because I wasn't wearing socks! Went back out to the street and bought a pair of ankle socks from a street vendor. Hell of a sexy look!! Went back and they were happy to let us in. Did notice that as usual in the Philippines the application of rules was extremely haphazard. Had a few dances and a couple of drinks and then headed home for the night.

Can anyone provide details on current mongering situation in Cebu City? Have been many times to Angeles, Manila and Subic but its my first time to Cebu.

I heard that at present its sort of dry in terms of gogo bars and take-outs from pubs / sports bars from the different forums that I have read.

Apart from go-gos, am looking to spend time in bars like LA Cafe (Manila) and Clubs such as Hammer & former High Society (Angeles) with good FL action. Any recommendations?

Will appreciate on-ground intel on the right girl-friendly standard decent hotel in the thick of action. Plus (if possible) contacts of FLs who could give company to a 50 year "young" dude for bar-hopping, booze and "good sessions".

Not really. There is a good hopping live-band place called Padi's Point, lots of locals. Might get lucky there. It is NOT a freelancer place, just a regular bar / grille.

You mentioned you live near Cabadbaran city. Do you happen to have any info on Surigao City (100 km north) and the surrounding areas?

How is the game there after covid? I'll be traveling northern Mindanao in few months and trying to find some update on current prices and clubs. My local friend told me some places have closed in Surigao too, but he doesn't know much about the hobby.

Sorry, I have not visited Surigao City in the evening for a couple of years. Pre-Covid, all the action was centered on Borromeo Street near the city port. There used to be around 6 hostess bars / videoke clubs and 1 strip joint on the southwest side of Borromeo between Amat Street and the Hotel Tavern. I would be surprised if many are open now.

Word on the street is that the hopping poon-hunting locale is the municipality of Claver, located on the coast between Placer and Tandag City. There are several large-scale mining operations nearby, and the hotter girls have migrated there to chase the money. There are some nice beaches and low budget resorts in the area. Hop on a Bachelor Tours bus and give it a whirl.

Before Covid really ramped up in March, 2020, there were 12 reliable places to find paid company in downtown Butuan City. One disco (the low budget Spin 360 club), three strip clubs (Black Cat, Explosions, Love City), three hostess bars (Cocorococo, Station 88, and a nameless one next to Spin), and 5 videokes located near the Butuan City-Magallanes ferry port in downtown.

Fast forward to today and the number of establishments has dwindled to four. All the hostess bars are closed, as is Spin 360. Only two videokes with barfine-able girls remain. The Black Cat and Love City clubs remain open, and amazingly the prices for ladies' drinks and use of the secluded VIP rooms have not increased.

I'm not going to list directions on how to find them, because any downtown trike driver knows where these bars are located.

There is presently a 10 pm street curfew, which means you need a valid reason to be out on the downtown streets. Two of my regular streetwalkers have been arrested in the past two weeks for "vagrancy", so the SW areas behind the Saint Joseph Institute of Technology and Guingona Park ("The Plaza") are deserted.

For those of you familiar with the Woodstock restobar, which was the city's largest nightclub, it has permanently closed. It was never a hooker joint, but guys with game always had a chance of finding gold there.

Two weeks ago, I drove to Tagum City (about a 90-minute drive north of downtown Davao City) and I was amazed at the number of girly / drinking establishments that are either boarded up or have been razed to the ground. I'd estimate only 1/3 the number of hostess bars are open, most of them located to the west of the bus terminal near the public market on the north side of the city. Any trike driver can take you there.

Conversations with girls indicate that local men are visiting and drinking plenty of beer, but aren't spending much money on ladies' drinks or barfines. Covid and inflation are really having an impact here.

Motorbikes are no longer allowed. Nothing but EV trikes that can carry 4-7 people. Unbelievable but the air and ocean are cleaned up with the goal of Boracay a family destination. Even there is opposition to a casino coming in.

Same idea applies, and not only to boracay, or philippines: taxi, motorbike, ev drivers, etc. Know the places, and have contacts. It worked for me allover the world, when the supply looked scarce or nonexistent, a $10 works wonders, even in the west.

In 2019 I paid 1500st for a 9, she didn't speak any english, mamasan and about 10 girls were in an abandoned building, half way up the road to the other side of the island.

I was there about 6 months ago. I met a very fun older guy who was selling tours and tourist activities. I bought him a beer and asked about where I could find an hour or two of enjoyment with a girl and he said "all gone". He said it was available before the pandemic, but all the COVID lockdowns ended it all and it has not yet returned. Hopefully with domestic travel increasing, you'll have better luck.

There used to be a bar and dance club close to beach at the end that had some wild girls from the neighboring islands but you still had to hit it right. I picked up one wild thing for a long time but dumb as a brick. Also recall girls strutting about this one section of beach but found out later they were not real girls. But other than that, it seemed pretty boring and uninteresting. Frankly, on my visit several years ago, I was bored to death after a couple of days. And because of the sewage seeping into the water and the general malaise there, it seemed like paradise ruined.
