Thanks to all of you for your input.

I wasn't necessarily thinking of going online. I am not averse to P4P. I am a great believer in the saying, "I don't pay them to stay. I pay them to leave".

I was more interested in going to a pleasant environment where I don't have to worry about choking to death on carbon monoxide, and have plenty of choice of company away from friends and family.

I've been reading up on my options. Laos and V / and seem to present problems with taking girls back to hotels. I don't like ST. I can't see that KL or Jakarta are that attractive. Cambodia gets worse every time I go there (too much Yaba I think) I like Thailand, but Pattaya, my favourite, is rapidly becoming a shadow of its former self. As I pointed out, if I go for the wedding, that's my holiday gone for this year.

Anyway, I'm not making my mind up just yet, but under the circumstances, PI is a bot more appealing now that I have heard all your wise.

Whatever I do, I promise a TR.

If we are just talking about mongering online the answer is "Hell yeah".

The pecking order is:

Yep. Download and make an account on WeChat (or other similar) messaging app. In the app, find the 'Locate near me' function. It will locate people online in WeChat near you, starting with those closest to you at the moment (its shows distance from you in meters), and you can stipulate Male or Female only. Sometimes there are other users online just meters from you. Sometimes you don't need to contact anyone, others will contact you. So many girls looking to give a 'massage' or other. Regarding your questions, I think very highly of my nephew, but I didn't choose the location. Had it been almost anywhere but PI, I would have booked my ticket by now. He is marrying a UK born half-Filipina. My wife doesn't like travelling except when she goes home. Age has caught up with her. Also, she doesn't like SEA.

I'm supposed to be attending a family wedding in Boracay in March. Not really looking forward to it.

BYO is not really an option for me, as someone in my family is bound to say something to my wife (who is not going).

My thoughts are that if I go, perhaps try Cebu where there appear to be shortage of prospects based on DIA, with a couple of nights abstinence in Boracay. Before going back to Cebu.

Any thoughts from yourself or others?

Is Boracay that devoid of talent?

Thanks for your reply. I was actually picking up on the comment about "BYO", in the post I was replying to. That suggests to me that it may indeed be devoid of talent. Then of course, there is the problem that that any talent scouting I might get involved in locally, is likely to reach the ears of my wife because of the family members in the vicinity.

My thinking was that if I did go, perhaps to have 2-4 days in Boracay, and spend the rest of the trip elsewhere. As I've said, I've been to AC, and hated the constant smell of exhaust fumes. I can only imagine that Manila will be worse. Again, my thinking is that there is no shortage of prospects on DIA in Cebu, and I was hoping that someone could either put me right about this. Or suggest an alternative.

Obviously flying in and out of Manila. Can't you arrive a few days before and leave a few days later to get some activities in. I'm sure there are some members of your "family" who would like you to stay a bit longer after the Wedding to say er help paint the house or something. Is Boracay that devoid of talent? Couldn't you just get the dates wrong when you booked. ?

I was persuaded to join local colleagues on a weekend holiday in Boracay. It's a beautiful place but you need a BYO.

In summary, Boracay is a paradise but not a monger's paradise. Or at least that was my experience. YMMV.

One San Fernando is just a jeepeny ride from Fields / Dau / Pampanga. It is a major shopping hub. Find your own way to get there once / if you get to Pampanga. FWIW yes my search is a babes and beach place but closest I've come is Bali, Peurto Galera or Phuket. If anyone knows of other I will gladly pay for your advice.

I do virtually all of my hunting on dating sites. (I like Filipinacupid best) The number of girls who have "love to travel" in their profiles is TNTC (to numerous to count). GFE is almost guaranteed in my experience.

How long is your holiday and what is your definition of "nice beach"? For example, Malapasqua Island, Cebu has beautiful beaches, but not so good for snorkeling.

I've also flown women out of Manila and Cebu. In these cases I knew the ladies from earlier trips, so I knew I could trust them, they could carry on a conversation, and there would be some great loving. Nevertheless, this might be your best option for a Palawan trip. Have fun! X.

Wouldn't go back to Bali, Phuket (done too many times. Far too commercialized now) and PG well bang bang Sabang has now gone up to 4000 - prob go back one more time at Christmas but I am soon figuring out that it is probably not possible to find a good babes & beaches place in SEA. Not interested in taking one along. Too many maybes.

Also due to the way it is now and the way I am, finding true GFE is getting harder and harder throughout Asia. Prob put my airfares & accom into mongering at home. Prob better VFM.
